One historical tidbit you might mention about the Majestic 12 is that when they were first introduced... it came with a soul plate that you could screw in yourself... When I got mine (the white ones, because they were cooler ;)) in 1996 or so... I screwed in the soul plate. I believe my brother never screwed in his though. It was a personal choice.

Right On!!! I was literally just telling my wife about the screw on soul plate. This was about 20 years ago. It was a super small soul plate as well. It kept popping off if you hit a grind too hard. I am about to get a pair of these for my son. I love the new flat soul plate connected to the boot. No extra screws needed. They also used to come with a metal grind plate next to the H block. Fun way to cut your fingers a lot. Great review main. Have a great day.

I have m12 ( not team or pro) swapped the inner footbed with superfeet green insoles ( has high arch support) plus it has slight heel cushion gives me bit of extra shock absorption. It took me some time to break in with new insoles but was well worth it, now it gives me so much better control less impact on jumps..

I use the Roces M12 Hazelton for stunts. but have fitted an extra pair with Kaltik Baats black ready to Roll Frames and the wheels on them are 90mm and I have no problems with that. and have support sole out otherwise my foot does not fit well lol but it rides super nice. but that I have my experience.

You seen the Groove on Superflats back then??? I didn't understand that either or the one on Salomon... I skate cults on the "elliot" backslide plate. That one always made sense. It's the first one I properly learned Royales and decent back unity grinds with. I ordered a pair almost a month ago from you.

I always heard M12s were flexy and I won some of the bog standard black hi cuff ones and was surprised how rigid they were. Recently got the Malvas Team skate and know I see what people are saying about the flex! It's much more forgiving, but I thought it was meant to be the other way around? Either way the material used in the team ones feel much more flexible which is nice.

I really like high cuff and thats I think 1 of reasons why M12 sells so fast. They should be making more high cuff models. Feels a lot safer to me

Hello there.. I'm planning to get roces m12 high cuffs but I'm worried that the wheels won't allow me to stride on asphalts.. We dont have much here in ksa.. But we only have asphalts to practice.. Do i need to choose 100 mm wheels in order to have smooth strides? Atm i have oxelo 100 but it won't really do much on asphalts help guys...

Hello,I have some Valo skates (=Roces m12 shell),and one one the cuffs has damaged plastic in the buckle area, preventing it from closing it well. On your website you say that due to their common history,Rollerblade and Roces (hence Valo) have the same cuff. So do you think a rollerblade Blank cuff would fit on my Valos? Thanks a lot!

I'm Italian and i used the Majestic 12 when I was a kid in the 90s and I went on the ramps. Now I would like to start again, at 40 LOL. Are there any skates around 200 Euros, to start with, that I could buy?

The m12 is defenitely the most responsive hardboot skate out there (for me). I do struggle with the raised heel tho. Even on small drops from a knee high ledge my heels hurt. Any way to remedy this? Like a good insole or would it be an idea to chop a shock absorber?

Personally I would use the 269mm medium chassis ones, cuz the M12s are quite a long skate and you've got the 45-46 shell.

I got my first and my last pair of M12 MALVA from this shop last year. I think its design is more obsolete than retro. It is terribly tight and uncomfortable(make sure you get 2 sizes larger than your regular size). The stiches of liners are terribly messy that I can not even believe that is a product of 2023. The soul plates are mounted to the boots by bolts in a bad position which as you grind for a certain period of time, the bolts may wear and fail. M12 is One of the worst I've ever get.
