It is a really good resource to have :)

I use the MacArthur Commentary. It is good but find some of it is difficult to understand. Your bird is just getting his thoughts in 😁😁

Hi Carolyn / Yes - it depends which commentary is best to understand ! I am using the Zondervan Exegetical Commentary series on The Old Testament and the New - I am almost finished with the commentary on 1,2 and 3 John by Karen Jobes. There are sone very good ones out there and some to avoid :) Thanks for watching Carolyn / I appreciate it and every blessing !!

Hi Elizabeth - it is a broad commentary - it is very good however if you want commentary’s in more depth get a commentary on the book of the Bible you are wanting to dig deeper into. For instance take a look at the video I did on ‘the Zondervan exegetical commentary in the New Testament’ :) - Jeff
