I really dont like that they painted all the shadows on there. Its as if his shirt has been soaked in black mud.

I will give you that. They did go a bit overboard on the shadowing on him. Even more so on the devil. I think he could have been a lot brighter.

This is the third review I’ve seen for this figure and not one mentions how the head sculpt looks nothing like the original. I want to like the figure so much but that god awful head sculpt stinks.

Looking at the original art and the actual sculpt of the head. I fell the sculpt is pretty close to the art but I think the problem is that they use to much shadow and dark colors. And it doesn’t allow the figure to pop. They should have used more lighter colors on the face and devil. That’s what I’m starting to think as I give it a closer look. You are not the first to mention these flaws. So I’m thinking of doing a fallow up video

I really need to see this guy in person. When I see all the photos and videos, the mouth looks wrong (should be more triangular) and the head and hair look flat (should be a bit more rounded). But it’s possible all these issues are caused by seeing the figure in 2D and not in person (3D). Hmmmm.

I do think you have some legitimate concerns. Another person also said there is way to much shadow on his as well. I wanted up doing a follow up video talking a deeper look into the difference between the figure and album.
