I bought a battery analyzer from this company. The numbers were so far off It was incredible. I promptly sent the unit back.

This company wouldn’t work with me and I’m honestly glad because it seems like their products suck lol. It’s not just me you said their battery analyzer is garbage too.

It's called "mini usb"... if it's the medium size. The smaller/ for phones is called micro usb. Type-C usb is for the newest phones and can plug in both directions (and is faster). Regular USB is type-A 2.0.. the faster blue is type-A 3.0, etc... And there is also a usb type-B which is square looking, and used to be common on printers and routers. Seems like everything is just going to type-C from now on, mostly. I'm surprised to see a "mini USB" on this; they have been phased out for a long time. That shows you how old the hardware is inside, IMO. (maybe).

Yea, I still see a lot of stuff with that mini USB, I actually like the mini USB better than Micro but the type C is best. Type C can carry more current and can be plugged in either direction.

The scanner is basically the equivalent of the Innova 5610. I’m really not a fan of the non-tablet style scanners.

Nah the Innova is the better tool.. Also at this price point the tablets scanners are junk...
