I have used the 2012 model for some years now, man the vehicle can take quite some beating. Mine is still doing just fine. The undoing of the Auris is the low ground clearance. Otherwise its a good car.

Very interesting I have one as my daily here they call it Toyota iM. One amazing thing I like is realizability ever since I bought it new I just changed my battery this year after 5 hrs ownership same thing with spark plugs. But the peace of mind driving it knowing you don’t have issues with it is what I love. When I drive the Subaru on the other hand I am always worried despite the thrills.

I have had the 2012 Auris, its a force to reckon with.. performance, durability. I put large aftermarket springs for ground clearance

I can't wait for it to premiere being an owner of Toyota Auris (not the 2016 model though)

i own a toyota auris touring..its a station wagon version of the auris daam..its way much better with a top speed of 240km/h diesel..

I love it. In fact it's the car I'm buying

I like it ,although it's a bit expensive.

Buy your Axela, Toyota is a shareholder in Mazda so no loss to them.Buy your VW Golf, Toyota will either service your car or sell you original VW spares so again no loss to them.

The other day I drove the Mazda (demio) Diesel 2016/2017 and I was impressed, i loved the features especially, the interior and the performance was awesome and the entertainment is superb. Man there is the confidence have with it, since its diesel, I fueled 1700/= 2&flo, I did 2hrs 10min from Nairobi to Nakuru. I have since been looking for a car to compare with it and the Auris is quite but I would kindly ask if you could do their comparison here. It will help me make a decision for my wife's car. I feel that's the case for all vehicles in Kenya today, even the locally used ones...a car like the Advan 750/- Nissan wingroad 900/- 2010 Auris 850/- ...Car experts should start rebuilding older cars to stabilise the market..Move the skills from just working on specifically the older Subaru foresters to all vehicles.

I agree on Hyundai's pronunciation. However, Auris is derived from latin word aurum for gold. Letters au don't take the usual long sound /o/.

With that budget i better buy the levorg am not a fun of toyotas ,plus that horsepower is too low levorg all the way

That aside even look at reliability reports worldwide you will not find any VW vehicle on the lists that are all dominated by Toyota vehicles.
