Great information I learned a lot. I must admit here in the UK people my age were brought up on clear and bright beers. Many a time people asked for another pint if their beer did not clear. This was usually caused by the landlord serving beer that wasn't ready and hadn't been cellared long enough or it was the bottom of the barrel where the sediment was. I even came across a few who put water in to make a bit of extra profit! They could only get away with this at a certain time of night when people were getting drunk and could not tell the difference!

haha... hilarious. But very true the longer you can let your beer sit and clear the clearer it will be! Cheers!
