For everyone who is confused: this is an analogue device, basically a modern version of a wax tablet. It is not electronic except an electrical pulse to reset the board. You cannot get apps or transfer to a computer. And there is no backlight so you cannot make it brighter.

I don't care it is "not digital" at all. For people like me only focusing on drawing and Art (instead of note taking), the pressure sensitive (to able to EXPRESS the feeling from the slightest to the most heavy stroke) is probably the main consideration when choosing products. Glad to see in this demo it seems the stroke is so lively compare to other video, not sure if all product have this kind of quality, but I watched some video, the stroke just looking very "dead", same thickness all the time...

@@rothsshvili5125 I don't know about this Newyes Partial Erase one, but for Boogie Board Blackboard both the pen and eraser rely nothing except physical force so you can use your fingernail to draw and fingertip to erase, theorically. To get into "erase mode" you have to you have to press another button beside erase button, after this any mild pressure given to the surface will erase the drawings. Search for it's guide online if you want to know more. But for technique aspect I don't know how it works under the hood.

Maybe that would be nicer?🤔 But hey, addressing the adjective used to describe the cheap (yes cheap. because it is. Is it not? A Fair description as factual) The word 'budget' works too but only as a better sounding adjective to describe the inanimate object your reviewing, for your channel But in the end, both words apply unfortunately huh.🤐 But I understand the point your making and why! I have a boogie board on my fridge, I use it for notes passwords and all kinds of stuff very useful and never had to change the battery within two years! Great review!

Nice review. I like to draw on paper before tracing with a mouse for my digital art. I can't get used to using drawing tablets. Just doesn't work for me. This should be quite useful for me.

What % of dimming of the screen would you say occurs when you delete stuff. I seen reviews of boogie board ones dim significantly for each level of calibration which looks to have 12 different levels but the brightness goes from 100% brightness(fresh clear screen) to 60% with just the first level.

If this is still not working, try to change the battery. This looks useful, but the eraser wearing off does not seem like a very good design, after moments of use, youd have to buy more eraser buds, the whole point of these kinds of boards is so that you dont need to go buy paper or anything extra, but the eraser means your have to buy more...

Its best for taking a picture for it and transfering it to digital by tracing, you van also trace it to paper if you want to by tracing them finish it off there
