Great looking custom! Looking at getting my slide milled as well. Can I ask where you bought the optics mounting plate for the Leupold? I bought the Deltapoint Pro as well, I just dont know where to find an optics plate that fits that optics model.

I like the idea of this 9mm prodigy but my SA xdm 9mm , .45 and XD-M® Elite 4.5″ OSP™ 10mm Handgun are amazing. Hopefully I can shoot this 9mm prodigy soon. 10mm elite shoots absolutely amazing but most of us have more 9mm stocked than anything else. SA, thanks for so many amazing products. Fight this FJB agenda!

Great pistols. But why a custom 1911 with a price tag of xxxxxk$ has a plastic front sight instead of a brass bead or tritium front sight? What happened with the 6inch barrel 1911s? Have they become unnecessary or unwanted or unprofitable?

Finally someone with a DP Pro on a prodigy. How were they able to co witiness your front sight with the Leupold?

Another beautiful mk3 piece. I just wish people would stop blowing them up on the internet. Been going to these guys for many years (I live around the corner) and they're too dang busy now!

Appreciate the review and having a "one off" pistol after custom work. However, can you offer costs? If costs exceed $1000, you are now in Staccato territory. What are your thoughts of custom Podgy vs. stock Staccato? Maybe a good topic for future video?

I bought a prodigy and had egw internals hammer and slidestop , cheely beavertail, atlas trigger , dawson magwell and am under 2k.

Just get the XD-M® Elite 4.5″ OSP™ 10mm Handgun. I got mine last year. Shoots like butter! Besides my regular .45 1911's, my 10mm is my favorite. Go shoot it if you can. I'm going to have my wife shoot this prodigy. She prefers the single stack .45 1911. Most of mine are SA.
