Here is a Cedar DT from the luthier Max Cuker which is very different from the usual German DT guitars. The guitar is very light, with a top made of 2 slices of cedar/spruce (not 3 slices like the regular DT). For the back and sides, Max took an attractive set of mahogany and walnut. The sound is big and is offering a wonderful spruce tone!. You should have a look to the review video.
The guitar is much closer to a traditional guitar and from a DT. Max is builder with a string personality and the design of the guitar and the wood selection are one of a kind.

Max is a guitar player and as well a luthier. He makes traditional, lattice and double top guitars and is based in Vilnius Lithuania. He is mostly a self-taught luthier and is focusing most of his research on sound quality. Not surprising that GFA winner Anton Baranov and Tali Roth professor that the New York Julliard college have chosen his guitar.
