Back over the summer I found a great roundtrip fare with American Airlines across the Atlantic over to Europe. The flight over was operated by Iberia, this was my first time flying the Spanish airline and I was excited to see how they compare to others.

My one gripe about it is the distance you have to walk. I’ve flown through DFW and the semi-circle design of the terminals coupled with the excellent intra-airport transit train makes any gate only a short walk and escalator away.

Iberia isn't bad...Even Iberia Express, which I took to Gran Canaria, isn't bad. Give them a break...planes are clean at least!

En el año 2022 julio 5, hice este viaje, la misma hora ,mismo vuelo IB6124,estaba programado A330 y pusieron A350, que maravilloso cambio, pude conocer ese avion y fue mucho mas veloz,salio antes de hora y aterrizo antes de hora, me gusta todo pero el aeropuerto de Madrid-Barajas hay que caminar muchooooo,lo mismo al llegar y creo mas al salir, pues esa salida 46 es lo ultimo de la terminal
6:19 thats a plane from the flycana , a charter airline from my country that has a fleet of a320s. Just watching this video bcs Im going to madrid with Iberia in a330 and I just wanted to see the experience.

Iberia airbuss 330-300s is a true nightmare. So uncomfortable and hot. I did fly on this twice this year and every time is worse.
The earplugs are totally fine.

It looks bigger in the video, but it’s actually tiny.
It's definitely not like Qatar and Emirates or any of the Asian carriers where they offer 2 hot meals in economy. I also heard that they have shrunk down that redbox to a vending machine pack pre landing.

Just got back from trip on Iberia airlines. Flight was 1 hour late. Then we sat at the gate for 1 hour. Before going to the runway where we sat in run up area for an hour before pilot announced there was problem with engine. We went back to gate and sat for an hour before they deplaned everyone. They didn’t cancel the flight just delayed it to next day. When we got to destination it took them 8 days to deliver one of our bags. If they are Spains premium airlines….. would not fly them.

As a novice the 330 and 350 look the same. What major differences would there be to review?

The A350 is fresh & new. Its like saying the 767 and 787 are the same ;)

@@GMaviation the trick is to be very flexible. I choose my dates and travel destination based on the cheapest flight! Cites in Europe that often other cheap flights from the U.S are usually, Lisbon, Warsaw, Krakow, Milan, Dublin, and and other less visited destinations!

American Airlines got so many Crashes
Cardboard box meals... pathetic. It looked awful and disgusting. Vending machine quality. This is below acceptable standard. Iberia have room for improvement. End cardboard box meals, and go back to proper catering and presentation... Just compare this, to what quality airlines in Asia and the Middle east serve in regular economy.
You are flying economy did you expect a buffet? next time pack a sandwich and stop complaining.
