Another great video - thanks 😊. I use the 9000T and have been paddling in ice without damaging the paddle. I think it's af very fine paddle that goes nice in the water.

Thanks! Yes I have heard from other people as well it would be OK in ice. Even Lars himself sent me a message about that.

I'm just finishing making my 1st Greenland paddle. I'm excited to see how it turns out. Thanks for your review!

I just picked up a 9000D 224cm - comparing it to a GearLab Kalleq 220cm.....outstanding paddle for sure!

Thanks! I have used wooden ones and I’m going to make a few soon to use when I teach rolling. Probably som kind of comparison of wooden and carbon ones eventually.

oh yes, I have mine Gram since Nov2019. And I love it everytime I´m out with it. I love the non-noice it makes in the water, the weight and the haptical side of this one. It´s a really good thing Lars made! You will be happy with it, I´m very sure. Good paddles for you!

Thanks for this very informative video! You mentionned the paddle is hollow, do you think water can get in when immersed?

No. I don’t think that is any risk at all unless you crack the paddle. And that is highly unlikely unless you abuse it thoroughly.

How do those buttons sticking up not bother the heck out of you. Those are deal killers for me. Greenland paddles should not have buttons sticking out. . You even say you move your hands aklong the shaft like I do those buttons I would hate. Is it possible to have your hand over a button pushing it in and have paddle come apart when in rough conditions? Seems like it could happen. Buttons on euro paddles dont matter as you dont slide you hands around like on greenlands. I still say the best carbon greenland made is Superior Kayaks Carbon Fiber Greenland Paddle made now by Nash Boat Works . Same weight as the Gram paddle BUT no buttons sticking out. Uses a lendal lock which will not come apart.

Those buttons doesn't bother me att all. And there is no way the paddel will come apart if you accidentally press a button, too tight of a fit for that. Those paddles may be a good choice but to import from the US/Canada will be very expensive. Half the price for a good paddle from Denmark (for me at least). I was out 20 km today and the paddle is great. I love it.
