I got one and it doesn't charge continuously. When I plug in my phone. The powere bank keeps turning on and off. At end of the day, the phone is not charged, only the existing charge is kept. Any idea why?

Hi Luke! Thanks for posting this video. I bought this power bank to be used with an HP 15-ef1072wm laptop. I plugged the built-in USB C cable from the power bank into the USB C port on the HP laptop but the laptop is not charging? Do you have any suggestions? This power bank does work with my Surface Pro laptop. I really need a power bank that is compatible with the HP laptop. If you have any suggestions, I would love to hear from you.
