Review | Ariel Nomad | The Muddy Maniac
Автокөліктер мен көлік құралдары
Last year we reviewed the Ariel Atom 3S, this year we test the new Supercharged Nomad. The TMI Autotech built Nomad is a not a traditional sports car, the bare-bones approach to extreme performance now includes off-road ability. Pavement is only half the story, as rocks, gravel, and mud make this an oddball with little competition. With the extended wheel travel and extra weight will the Nomad still have the supercar-like performance we all loved with the Atom?

I have read auto magazines for over 50 years. They all went the way of the dodo. Mr Goose redefines the genre. What a talented young man.
I have no idea how you find the time to produce these jewels. and that's what they are, little perfect productions which describe the subject (whether it be a car, a truck, the famous iPlunger) so precisely, so perfectly that I feel as though I've experienced what you've experienced first hand. This channel is one of two out of the KZread universe that I actually look forward to and check on everyday. I just want to say thank you. SCORE - 10.0+

Posturex1, dude is absolutely amazing. Thanks for the referral. Just like the goose's stuff, i can get lost in the material for hours, because it is so well done. If we launch Voyager 3 we should send a golden copy of both out into the universe for some alien civilization to enjoy as an emblem of mankind's best a billion years from now.
Life goals now include owning 40 acres and an Ariel Nomad. Great review as always!

And? That's lofty. I'd settle for or. And I'd choose land. A Jeep with frame rot is adequate for non-road use.
@borger99
3 жыл бұрын
dchawk81 maybe because it’s their life goal? Why settle for adequate, which by the way, a Heep with frame rot is far less than adequate. Maybe they actually want to enjoy life.
This is the kind of video quality I would expect from the Grand Tour.

12:25 - 12:36 I've never been so scared while watching a KZread video before. That was like my first time experiencing the Nomad accelerate and holy shit, was it a surprise. Fucking excellent delivery SavageGeese.
The bro sounds entering the vehicle are perfect.
Nice review

Happy to see redpill man is still into cars.
I love how the front lifts when you get on the throttle.
As always, high quality video and commentary. An in depth review that makes us feel like we just shared the experience with you in person.
After watching the Atom 3S review I always wondered whether the Nomad would get one. My patience has been rewarded.... and the best part is I finally got to hook up my PC to my home theater so watching this is glorious. Can't get enough.... Best cinematography, editing, humor, and content on KZread!
this channel has just reached a new level. A landmark...
This channel so underrated . Good editing, great content and turbowski. what else u need.
Your reviews are better shot than many films; love you man.
That headshake and grin of yours is absolutely priceless !
Great job reviewing this work of art! I want one so much!!
I have a Nomad & your review is spot on, it's one of the best driving tools available ,makes you smile all the time 😁
"Oh that's the horn"... spilled my coffee haha
Fluid editing, lovely cinematography, clear sound and of course- purposeful and unique content. Each review just keeps on getting better and better!
That ending gave me goosebumps. Brilliant.
I love this car and am SO EXCITED you did a review! I love how this company does business and your TMI video last year was really impactful to my opinion about kit cars and these types of low production vehicles
The production quality of this video is amazing. Love following your channel.
I've been a fan of Ariel's since they were first introduced years ago. Stellar machines! Your review was excellent and the production quality was indeed top-notch! Keep it up, Mr. Goose!
Watched this several times over. Great commentary.
Quality review...Well shot and edited, no bull, no cheesy superlatives and solid choice of music and unobtrusive volume. Nice work, Sir!

Ok, I just discovered and subscribed to your channel yesterday and I have watched a bunch of your stuff and I can’t begin to say how impressed I am with the quality of your work. You should have a BILLION subscribers. I’m a huge fan!
Great film, as always! Both the Nomad and Atom would be so much fun to own, but man, being close to $100k. That's not cheap.
new dream car right here. this thing is bad ass!!
Great review! I would love to see this monster in a city setting like San Francisco. I would assume it’s a much better option compared to the Atom, especially when it comes to ground clearance.
Really well done review! This car looks like an insane experience
this is the kind if car reviews i was looking for .. keep the good things coming :)
Nice Video! The Nomad is the Interpretation of Buggy in our years.
I love all your music. From the end piece to the bassy or movie like transitions between scenes. Also all your latte jokes and stories about Gary and his wife.
What a fantastic review. Like the colour combo. Ordered one in the UK around 6 months ago. A years wait...........
Another sublime review. Love the comedy. Voted.

Anton Polishko wow. Never underestimate stupid.
Another beautiful review. I find a lot of expensive, new vehicles exciting to contemplate but this is the first car in decades that makes me wish I was rich. What a ripper.
This is why I like motorcycles. Raw power for an affordable price. That nomad is awesome.
One of your best videos to date.
Mr. Goose... hat off to you sir, the level of emotion from nail biting nerves when you were ripping through the gears on the road, to the giddy joy of seeing the rear tires throwing roster tails... AH this was not a review... this was a spectacle of mans achievements where the limits are ones imagination... Thanks as always for the wonderful content.
Excellent video, as always
Nice job on the editing and some great aerial (no pun intended) footage.
This is probably the most engaged I've ever seen Mark have to be with a cars driving . Makes me appreciate his work even more knowing he not only is an amazing car reviewer but also an incredibly skilled driver
Thanks for the honest review of this vehicle, I'm from Dominican Republic and a offroad enthusiast, specially endurance rallying. I thought this was a "Jack of all Trades" vehicle but it's just an beffed up Atom for "some" Offroading experience. I have an Honda B20B Engine laying around and I was planning on building something with it. Maybe in a couple of years I'll take my time to build an offroad 3 seater inspired by this vehicle. Keep up the great and honest reviews!
This needs more views. Production quality is still amazing.
Very nice production!
Love your videos mate. SO happy to be a subscriber.
Love this car thanks for the review from Spain very nice content!
Great Job. Excellent video.
Top work Mr Goose.
Another awesome review.
I want one of these so bad! Great review!
Driving this car sounds like an eye watering experience !!!
I love the bit with water sloshing around the interior. Hey, no floor mats to worry about!
Best car Chanel in KZread ! Saludos desde Argentina...
Thank ypu for this great review!
I love the muddy water sloshing around in the passenger foot well. That's when you know you're having fun.
This is absolutely hilarious. I rarely leave a comment but couldnt help it. Thank you for such high quality videos. High quality in more ways than one. Hah. I hope everyone catches all the details. They make your videos. Exceptional entertainment: the sarcasm and the technical discussion is top of the line.
16:00 dude had an emotional experience. again at 18:42! great vid
Thank you for doing this. Wish you could have shown a bit more footage from the off road but still, this was amazing.
you made me want one, it sounds like a rally car!
Thank you. What a great review! 👌🏼
Thats a bucket list item for sure!
incredible exhaust sound
I love you man! I don't know your name but you are the best car reviewer I've ever seen and yours is my favorite car channel on KZread.

Love the finish quote of the movie 👍

I loved the making fun of yourself to play on the trolls. That was hilarious. It will make a really funny character for the show. Keep just randomly self-deprecating!
In times of self driving cars.. and...less controll about your life at all, ...I think, it´s a must have, to feel...alive. Best regards from Germany...(thumbs up!)
Visceral beast!! Gooood rewiev
Love your reviews, and the dry & deadpan comic elements. Wondering what you think of the Tesla Model S...we all know it's fast and futuristic, but can it be taken seriously as a driver's car? Thanks for producing such awesome content.
Great work. Such good content, reviews, technical and industry specifics - as always; but it's even more impressive knowing that you create and produce it yourself. Kudos and please keep it up. Z
These cars are just so cool. If I had the cash I would get two of each!
Savage = one stop shopping do it all movie making madman...hats off stud
I loved the making fun of yourself to play on the trolls. That was hilarious. It will make a really funny character for the show. 8:25
The feel of it is great
20:36 - More drainage holes are absolutely needed on the passenger footrest area.
Looks like amazing fun . 👍
Bloody brilliant.
Epic! wow thats a sweet vehicle
I'd fucking buy that savagegeese shirt
This fuckin thing is awesome!!! 100k Jesus talk about boutique!! Definitely would buy if I had the money. Excellent review and keep up the great work!!!
Just by looking at this video I can tell how amazing it would be to drive this!
the best ending shot LOL
Great videos on the Nomad and Atom 3S. I'm glad you were able to make it here to see Halifax County, VA. I am a little curious how you managed to avoid spending some time on the shoulder of the road with one of our local deputies or troopers, though! Haha
Nice job as usual. You didn’t mention the cost. I guess if you have to ask, you can’t afford it. In Chicagoland, you would have to own it just like a motorcycle. It would spend most of its life in a garage. But when it comes out to play......WOW!!! What a great time!!! Thanks for the video.
seems like this would be the best all around toy since you can have fun with it anywhere
my god i want one so bad. this and a LFA and im set for life.
I don't know how you do it. If I'd had a car like that at your age I might...might have lasted 10 minutes. Again an excellent review, keep it up.
17:48 That sound of the super charger whine took me immediately back to Top Gear when Clarkson said he had never been in anything that accelerates so quickly and you just hear the shrill of the acceleration and supercharger! Might not be huge agreement but I think this souds so much better than the newer turbo charged setup that Ariel is running on the Atom.
I saw this come across my youtube screen and I am look who's doing this...oh savagegeese...huh...ok lets see I knew you would do it justice and you did. But it was awesome to see you just get in and have some fun. Yea not for everyone and I bet if you had one it would NOT be your daily driver...but weekend..yea you would be in it...and getting dirty.
