Went on the Ferrari factory tour in Maranello. The Ferrari tour guide pointed to one of the buildings and stated “this is where we produce the engines for Maserati and Alfa Romeo”. First hand confirmation that the Giulia Quadrifoglio does indeed have a Ferrari built engine.

Hi Arthur bro, I've been going thru your videos. Very enjoyable, and you speak my language haha. I stayed away from Alfa cars because of the "maintenance" issues mindset. Does that still hold true today?

What speeds do you drive at the usual route? I want to try driving faster there too but scared to be labelled a maniac.

It's just like any new modern car now: BMW, Audi, Mercedes-Benz. The key is to maintain them properly. And Giulia has improved over its lifespan.

Wrong on color, carbon fiber and keyring: this is Alfa Red not Competizione; the trunk lid is not carbon; that keyring is aftermarket. This is the Series 1 with a lower quality centre console. It's tuned and the brake discs are not stock either.

The M4 is a coupé. This 7 year old car was better than the F80 and the G80 only now has better numbers, but it is a boring, ugly and muted M3 car now. It's sad. Current US and European reviews still rate the Giulia more highly than BMW for driver's involvement at least.
