Thanks for the detailed review. I have a Crosstrek myself (The touring model in Canada which is the equivalent to the Premium model in the US). I agree with your thoughts on the 2.0l engine, the internet convinced me that I should go for the 2.5l till I test drove them both. Reading up on the TCV issues on the 2.5l I feel like I dodged a bullet.
