Do the video recordings also have audio?

IDK about it being "concerning." They are perfect for filming police interactions, because they absolutely do not look like a camera. The lens is completely hidden.

Why police interactions? I'd rather have it record when cycling or hiking? Plus these are definitely obvious that they have a camera. I've seen it in person and you can see the reflection clearly

What would you consider to be one of the best hidden camera glasses avaliable? Cheaper option are always appreciated but I'd pay as much for camera ones as I would a standard pair of glasses. Especially since I can't actually feel them and wouldn't want them to be fragile/flimsy

@@starfishw7138 never tried to take the micro sd card and have a reader and a adapter to lightning connector... I just have a adapter to usb.. then DL to my comp... they i can make it a M4V format to play on my iphone then transfer vids or pics to phone if i want to watch it on the phone..

@@starfishw7138 Phones don't have SD card slots nowadays, so you'll most likely need an SD card reader and an OTG dongle.

i have a similar model i just bought in UK and they are going to have to go back because the single button does everything system is ridiculous- i have tried for days and you can not be sure whether you have it in stand by mode, have put it into video mode, or simply turned it off again! i realise discretion was the aim but i have had som many wasted opportunities to film cos i thought i WAS fiming only to go back to the laptop tio find i filmed the ceiling while i pressed the button and then- nothing! so frustrating, im gonna spend more on a more useable item.

Did you see the bit at about the 5 minute mark, one click to power up, One mire click to take photo, then a double click to start recording, there’s a light that flashes red.

@@alicetumblescribbleson5961 I did, I even got in contact with manufacturer but when I do as it says I still get it wrong, counting 2 secs or 4 secs you'd think was foolproof but I've thought I've put it inrecord from standby and only once I've returned to laptop have I realized I turned them off. There is no ON light when it is recording, so you can not telljf it is or is off

@@woollywally9365 i agree with your comment about the usability issues with the single button press. If you haven't used the product for a couple weeks and need to record an emergency impromptu meeting with a neighbor (for example) this product will force you to re-acquaint yourself with its use before recording something. These devices save money on a switch but the usability is so horrible that is make the product worthless. I've wasted money on a pen camera and a eye glasses camera, and loved them except the single button interface. Sad. You would think one of the companies would get a clue. Who wants to take the glasses off and look at a tiny red/blue led to know what state the device is in?

You need to edit the time text file on the SD card.and change the "Y" at the end to a "N" to disable date. The arm will be warm because that's where the battery and processor is.

Do they have mic? Audio?

Mine doesn’t work with 256 gb …is it because not supported?

I've been using spy glasses a lot for eight years. My current pair look exactly like these. I'm fairly happy with them, but the place I bought them, Lazada, no longer sells them. One thing I found, is they shoot slightly high and too the left, so I but spacers on the ear pieces to get them to shoot level. They will record 90 minutes when brand new, and fully charged. Mine now will record 60 minutes. I'd like to buy more of this model. Unfortunately m the Chinese do not tell you the manufacturer or model number.i paid around $12 from Lazada. It's harder to put prescription lens in these, because they have all these little screws you have to unscrew. My last model, the V12m allowed you to just snap in the lenses. But they were discontinued.

Would recommend screen capping your results from source next time instead of recording your screen with a camera pointed at it, there's sooooo much accuracy lost in these results 🙏

Yeah that was an interesting decision on his part, would've been easy to clip in the images and recording and just record his voice over them

i don't want a pair for their inconspicuousness particularly but more because they are hands free, look at what i'm looking at and way way cheaper than a go pro, and no unsightly webbing.

There really aren't restrictions. People aren't going to act like dicks, unless they're not acting naturally. (people secretly recorded by news media for example... football managers taking financial bungs etc) So what works for one, works for another. You can record people on telephone calls without telling them, and they can't do anything. Besides, by the time that it gets out in the media of who they exactly are, it would be too embarrassing to do anything about. Companies/people in positions of power want you to believe that they can record us but we can't record them. Companies record us all the time, in meetings, in phone calls, on CCTV, they just come out with this crap about we can't record them to scare us.

I have bought a bunch of similar types over the years and they will fail fairly quickly even when just sitting in the box most of the time. All type of failures. Highly unreliable.

If you're going to make a video about the ethical use of a certain product then go for it. In a little over a minute and a half (where I ended the video and will not finish it) you proceeded to virtue signal twice relating to the camera and the ethics of its use. Once I would have thought of it as a fair warning to your viewers, but twice..SMH When you are doing a review of a product it is virtue signaling when you start focusing (harping is more like it) on the ethical use of whatever product is being reviewed. When people click on a video like this one they are expecting to see a review of a product, not a virtue signaling ethics seminar about said product. Lol. In most strip clubs if you get caught using a hidden camera. An ass whooping is most likely coming your way. And that's if the cops aren't called. I know in many American clubs they have hidden camera detectors ( yes they do exist) .
