Eobard Thawne is quite possibly the most evil and most dangerous villain in the Arrowverse, having done battle with all the heroes at this point and still running around to piss them off.

It's become clear that no matter how many times he dies, eobard thawne will always keep running

"NOW WHO'S THE VILLAIN FLASH? NOW WHO'S THE VILLAIN?"

I've always wondered if Eobard changing the timeline by killing Nora also caused the events that led to Oliver being stranded on Lian Yu such as Malcolm Merlyn's wife Rebecca being killed by Brick, Malcolm going to Nanda Parbat and being trained by the League of Assassins, planning the Undertaking and sinking the Queen's Gambit with Robert, Oliver and Sara on it when he found out that Robert was trying to stop The Undertaking. If Eobard had never killed Nora to stop Barry becoming The Flash and never changed the timeline because of it Oliver might have stayed the shallow, womanising playboy he'd been before he ended up on the island. So in a way The Reverse Flash is the Arrowverse's main villain because his messing with time caused most of the bad things that happened in it.

Well, it's possible. Changing an event so crucial like that would create a time boom, rippling through time and space and changing things unintentionally. A time boom is basically the same as a Sonic Boom.

And he was barely ever chased by time wraiths proving he is only man who can manipulate timeline and get what he wants while looking awesome

I might have lost interest in the Arrowverse but Eobard is one of the few characters from it I still like along with Sara Lance, Prometheus, Malcolm, Deathstroke and Zoom.

Xehanort10 gotta admit, that had to of been one of the most badass villian quotes eobard ever said

Eobard is my favourite Arrowverse character and if he'd killed Felicity in the Earth X crossover that would have been cemented.
