I have a love-hate relationship with BMF. I started using a scalpel blade and had a much better time with it. That tip came from Donn Yost. RIP. Also great job on the wheels. I usually fill up the triangles on Cragars pretty sloppy then go in with a Tamiya qtip and toothpick to clean it up. Nice build!

Looking really good. I've got this kit in my (small) stash and intend to build it this year. Considering doing it as a "Barn Find" diorama. I found a great reference online. Stay warm up there in the north land. Peace and love.

Did you see the video of the barn find 429 Mach 1 in Alaska from a couple of years back?

@@jwrockets No. The one I've found was a Boss 351.

HEY-DAR 👊😎👍: Nice Update as Usual, always like your follow alongs. Is that fresh ink on your arm? YOU use instructions??? Common, I hear good modelers DON'T USE INSTRUCTIONS LOL 😆 I've ask this question a number of times and the answer was about 50/50. Do you clear over BMF or clear first, then foil? I myself like to clear over BMF. Another question for ya: my Molitow Pen doesn't seem to last so long before it's just a blah silver (about 9 months) How do you store your Molitow Pen: on its side, paint end facing up OR facing down? I SENSE a LIKE coming soon 🤗 Watch You Later, (MODEL CAR)🎭(MAN CAVE)

Hello and thanks for the questions. I clear first and then the BMF. I store the pens tip up. I also started using non brand chrome pens off Amazon due to their lower cost and similar quality. If your pen is getting blah I think it’s because it needs to be shaken better. That might help. Keep having fun!

Very nice, thanks. Angelo, how do you prevent your glue from marring you painted parts when assembling??

Thanks. The trick is to use a very small amount of glue - just enough. Very carefully apply it only where needed.
