Indeed, mistake on my part. Golovin (€30M) reportedly cost more than Tielemans (€25M), but certainly you're right about Falcao costing more. Rodriguez/Moutinho one is a bit trickier since it was said to be a combined fee for both.

I think that Dzykia should be in the team as he is young, tough and solid but unfortunately he missed the world cup due to a ligament injury.

If you do a Czechoslovak starting 11, you have to include Ondrej Duda in your starting 11, he is an amazing attacking midfielder. Hamsik is now finished, he's not the player he was. Lobotka should also probably be included in the starting 11. The choice for strikers would be limited really, with the youngster Zrelak(Slovakia's main man upfront) and the Czech duo Vydra and Schick.

My USSR team: Akinfeev, Zinchenko, Rakitskyi, Dzhikia, Fernandes, Golovin, Mkhitaryan, Zobnin, Cheryshev, Yarmolenko, Chalov

It's a good selection and it does show that you know the abilities of the players in this region well,but what about the youngster Andriy Lunin of Real Madrid(on loan at Leganes)? He should of made the bench behind Akinfeev. Believe me Lunin will become world class, he is already showing some incredible ability as a goalkeeper. In my opinion he is already clearly better ability wise to Pyatov. But Pyatov's experience is what keeps him as Ukraine's first choice goalkeeper. Lunin will be on everyone's lip in a few years time. Cheryshev is another player who should of at least made the bench in my opinion, I know he is injured a hell of a lot of the time, but he is still a very influential player. Viktor Tsyhankov and Marian Shved(now owned by Celtic) are two really talented youngsters who are amazing, they get overlooked because they currently play in the Ukrainian league and because they are both still very young and they haven't had years to establish themselves. But they are two players who will be renowned names in a few years time, I would definitely have them on my bench in my selection. I also noticed that you had Denys Garmash on the bench, but I would prefer Ruslan Malinovskyi an excellent central midfielder who has a hell of a shot on him. All in all I can't argue much with your starting 11, it's only on the bench were I would really make some tweaks. You have good knowledge of thee footballers in this region, which is great since you are not from that part of Europe. I actually think that the Ukraine national team is the best team in the region, even though Russia after their World Cup performances would be most peoples choice. Ukraine have struggled recently because they have not had great strikers and also because Pyatov has left a lot to be desired on some occasions. But that is all about to change with the emergence of Lunin and the emergence of a number of very talented Ukrainian forwards.

@@callummcgregorenthusiast5545 Yes, I have lived in Ukraine and I have watched many matches there. To answer your question about Shved, I've watched him several times and he impressed me every time. He is essentially a very pacy right winger with a left foot to die for. But he is not just a speed merchant, he has excellent close control of the ball as well. If you wanted to compare his style of play with any of the big stars, then it would probably be Robben(obviously hes not on Robben's level yet, but you get the gist). Shved loves to cut inside from the wing and have a shot with his rocket of a left foot. Shved plays for Karpaty Lviv, which isn't one of the traditional big 3 clubs in Ukraine, namely Dynamo Kyiv, Shakhtar Donetsk and Dnipro(Dnipro reached the final of the Europa League a few years ago, but were relegated due to financial problems at the club). However, Karpaty Lviv are the biggest club in Western Ukraine and they are Shved's home town club. I think that one of the reasons Celtic bought Shved so cheaply( I think they bought him for only £1.5 million), is probably because they bought him from Karpaty Lviv and not say Dynamo or Shakhtar. I think that if he played for those 2 big clubs, they probably wouldn't of sold Shved for less than £10 million at least. Shved is one of the most highly rated players in the league. With all due respect to the Scottish League(I'm English by the way), but the Ukrainian league is probably of a higher standard overall. Shved has been one of the best players in the league over the last 2 seasons. If he shines here for a mid-table club like Karpaty Lviv, then we can assume that he is most definitely going to shine for the strongest club in Scotland. I can virtually assure you that he will be a real hit at Celtic in the league. He should improve as well as he ages, so he could potentially be a huge star and perhaps benefit Celtic when they play in Europe. As of now, he will most certainly be a very useful player in the league for Celtic. He was coveted by several big clubs in the Bundesliga before he joined Celtic and he was contracted to Spanish club Seville when he was a teenager. I think that Celtic have signed a bargain in Shved.

@@callummcgregorenthusiast5545 No problem mate, just for the record, he was player of the month for September and November in the whole of the Ukrainian league, so that gives you an idea of how good he is and why Celtic decided to snap him up in January. How Celtic bought him so cheaply is really surprising, Celtic have a bargain there.

I wouldn't have chosen Konoplynka for the left wing since he rarely gets featured this season in Schalke. I'd rather choose Denis Cheryshev since he plays really good for his national team and decent in Valencia.

If you're gonna make a British Empire XI, will it include Malaysia, Hong Kong and other colonies from all over the world since you mentioned "British Empire" in the start of the vid. Also Yugoslavia XI, Czechoslovakia XI, Spanish Empire XI and Israel-Palestine XI will be a good idea (with the last one beong controversial).
