I hoesntly think it would be more rare then not, to reach that level of bbing and not love the sport,I don’t think most ppl would be at that level if they didn’t love it tbh,

What makes you great, is you take time for everybody. You are there to work, yet you have time for each and every person. Ronnie was the same way when I met him. So many people wouldnt stop if you were on fire, but you take time from your workout, which means alot more than maybe you realize. Its not just a pic, or a handshake, you are the man on the wall with the other legends. For you to be down to earth means a great deal.

@@marc23009 I like his structure more than anything.. symmetry is very balanced upper/lower. He has everything needed, just needs to add a little here and there..as you stated, and I think he'll give a lot of headaches.

@@marc23009 I can give you glutes, but disagree on the rest. The back has a lot of thickness, he just requires some adjustments in the lats, but it's not bad to the degree where I'd call it a weakness. The hamstrings look absolutely crazy from the side and back and the chest is absolutely freakish in the most muscular and side chest.

Jay should be in the hall of fame of bodybuilding, very humble and the best spoke person to represent his sport. Love this content. Continue the good work, stay strong and healthy from Montreal, Canada 🇨🇦.

Can’t wait to see the transition to Jay’s best shape at 50. Document that and share. I’m 44 and would find this very inspiring. Love the content, keep it up. Thanks Jay and crew!

Jay and Dave, what an amazing video being back at the MECCA in Venice. I always learn something new from Jay with regards to training or about him. It just goes to show that Jay is as popular as he ever was if not more. He always takes time out of his training to take a picture with a fan and always offers positive comments and motivation to all who approach him. Jay truly is the people's choice and I hope that have the opportunity to meet him one day. I live in So Cal but my work will be taking me to Vegas so it could happen.

Krizo is more than a 6 feet tall so 212 guys would be like ghosts standing next to him, he is really speacial i seen him in person i was competing in grand prix pepa back in 2018 he was guest posing and then he looked like a guy from michelin tires commercial but now he is even better....

I love watching Jay’s videos on my TV in home gym before working out. I’ve learned more from his advice in past six months than years grinding away. There’s something about his relaxed manner where I actually pay attention to what he says instead of zoning out. One thing he said (not in this video but in many others) resonated with me, I put it to action and it actually worked. It’s obvious too but so overlooked by many. He said you can’t overtrain as long as your eating enough quality food with protein. I always focused on training hard and sleeping as much as possible but discovered I was under eating , especially protein. I increased my calories with Whole Foods and lean protein and sure enough I’m actually growing. It’s amazing. I actually look forward to mirror checks and noticed my delts, chest and legs are bigger and look better than ever have. Thanks Jay for making that comment about eating enough.

Jay you have always been my favorite body builders for years and years and years.
