This month (June 2024) the owners of Albania Mansion gave tours to benefit the town of Jeanerette revitilization project. I really love this house so you can bet I was the first one in line.
Since my last visit & tour in March with Mr. Clement I've since picked up the lovely books Where Art Meets Design and Pleasure Palaces which have photos of when the house belonged to the artist Hunt Slonem.
So I'm back to see this beautiful house and admire all the hard work that's gone into her. Don't forget to watch part two where I descend the tiny just rediscovered staircase that connects the 1st & 2nd floor!
Keeping in mind I am an amateur filmmaker so I chose to leave everything unedited so you won't miss a gorgeous inch of this amazing home.
