The Justin Morrill Homestead is a state historic park located in Strafford, Vermont. The house is on the National Register of Historic Places, too. I had high expectations not only filming the exterior, but also because there were guided tours included in the entry fee.
Sidney McLam was the tour guide. The Homestead should charge twice as much given how wonderfully informative Sidney's tour was.
