I backed this game not particularly having high expectations. Then I played the demo and my expectations were shattered, the writing alone was way better than I was expecting. Honestly this is the kind of retro indie RPG I have been waiting for.

Wow amazing find!
Looks amazing.
This looks great, but omg the font is hard to read. I wouldn't get it until there's at least an accessibility option to change it. "Retro style" doesn't have to mean headaches from reading...especially in a text heavy rpg.

Hey Drew! Skald dev here! Totally hear what you're saying and it's on my mind big-time! I can't promis we'll have vectorized (non pixelated) fonts on launch but I'll do all I can to make the pixelated fonts as easy to read as possible and offer options for font styles and colors etc. Hope you give the game a chance once it comes out :-)

Love the art, depth of character options, and digging the detailed description of encounters. If you're on a nostalgic Turn Based RPG kick, perhaps add Caves of Lore to your list, which was released on steam earlier this week and is has similar vibes.
Maaan, I can't wait for this game to come out now! Haven't felt this way about a game in a long time...

i have played the game with all its dlc on Mobile and i had no idea it was on steam. night of the full moon really deserve some love.
