The Mario land and world music is just phenomenal.

In the re release of this game on switch they allowed mario to do the roll mid air like the dive in odyssey which is why the moves might look similar.

@@lenoirx Oh ok I didn't think about that! My laptop struggles running Cemu (games used to run with incomplete graphics at 720/900p with small fps drops, now it runs with the same graphics as the Wii U and no fps drops but in 570p (i think?) ), so it can't run Yuzu. And also I have an actual Switch which is simply the better option for me. For now I'm playing 3D World U, but with all the upgrades on the Switch version and the whole Bowser's Fury, I think getting that is pretty inevitable 😂😂 (Also OMG 11 yrs later and 3DWU still rocks graphics-wise)

I’m not saying you have to speedrun through the levels like a Mario GOD to impress me, but I can tell you’re more into making levels than playing them

Man I swear people are way too good at this cuz I thought this was from Nintendo cuz I haven’t played 3D World yet so assumed was like a side thing. This is how Mario Maker 3 should be

They use that 2D style in Mario Maker 2

For SMB2, I prefer having a boss fight before the end of the level. That was where you fought with Mouser in the original game.

Now we need this for Mario Wonder the best 2D Mario since Super Mario World.

So cool it will be cool if nintendo will make this in Mario maker 2

I doubt many of you know this; When New Super Mario Bro's (wii) came out, it was awesome. Some awesome nerds/hackers, modded the game and re-constructed the original NES super mario bro's with it. It was fantastic. I'm guessing Nintendo found out about it because, not long after that Super Mario Maker came out. THIS concept (making older mario games with new technology) isn't new.

This game looks awesome good job. What platform is this on? Can I download it from somewhere?

I would like a 2D Mario in this artstyle but with more detailed asset like vanilla 3D world(I understand why the asset is not as detailed because it’s supposed to be retro) instead of the super mario bros wonder artstyle. It’s to streamline everything. Maybe tweak the camera angle to be higher and closer to make it look more 3D? NSMB looks weird(it’s plasticky gummy 2D background but with 3D character) so people are requesting a new artstyle, it worked in DS and Wii but not in HD, it’s just NSMB is too cookie cutter with the theme and too lazy. If wonder is not a replacement for NSMB, then it’s fine but I think we still need the more linear gameplay of NSMB.
