You are right better to invest in land /Plot is the good option . If we buy for 20 L atleast in 20 years it would be in crores . Depends on area and development. Choose good plot in right location.

வாடகை வருமானம் மிக குறைவு. 40 லட்சம் செலவு செய்து வீடு கட்டினால் வாடகை ( area பொறுத்து ) ₹. 6000 முதல் ₹.10000 வரை கிடைக்கும். ஆனால், வங்கியில் போட்டாலே 40 லட்சத்திற்கு ₹.20000+ கிடைக்குமே. வீட்டிற்கு maintenance போன்ற செலவுகள், வாடகைக்கு விடுவதில் உள்ள risk எல்லாம் உண்டு.

You are right. This would be a good investment, which gives you a passive income later. I will go one step ahead. Instead of building a house, you may invest the same on a plot/land which will yield better returns than MFs

Adani manipulating fund value, what action taken by SEBI? Why no surveillance regularly? This kind issues making bad impact to common people...

Gold is awalys ultimate. On crisis only gold can save. Sir, side gap la chumma adichi vitutinga. Govt will never want an individual to accumulate gold and so you are talking their words here.

@@kamakshinathan7143 Return will be low but that's the safest if any crisis happen. he said not at all invest in gold that's what I don't agree. That's a wrong statement. If someone has 200-500 grms of gold may not invest in gold but others should definitely have gold. Again SGB is there cos govt doesn't want people to accumulate physical gold. Why countries accumulate gold? Why Russia and China accumulating gold? And why not an individual accumulate gold!!! Makes sense right.

@@Taylor7116 I completely agree with you sir. But, normally retirement plans will not take gold as good investment as the returns are low. The aim is accumulation and growth. Gold is considered good investment only when you are able to earn. Moreover, in india, craze for gold is more along with sentiments attached to it which makes it tough to dispose in times of need. I too feel gold is a reliable investment.

I think, these guys are sponsored by financial investment agencies...How come only mutual fund will be a good fit for retirement..
