I am not that much experienced and skilled like you sir( IAS) , but as per my view! Spending 50 thousand for getting 15k benefits from an acre is your point! But if there is no water and Hyderabad and Telangana goes into drought! Then we cannot do anything without water, water has no price! Moreover the electricity your talking can be generated with green energy(windmills, hydro(as we are also storing water) and solar) but we cannot produce water with money! When time goes on the transportation and electricity cost will be reduced drastically!

కరెంటు దొరకడం భవిష్యత్తులో కూడా లభిస్తుంది ( కొంత డబ్బు ఎక్కువ పెట్టిన సరే కరెంటును దేశవిదేశాల నుండి ఎక్కడి నుంచైనా కనుక్కోవచ్చు) కానీ నీళ్లు అలా కొనలేం కదా.. కాబట్టి నీటిని కొనడానికి కొంత డబ్బు ఎక్కువైనా పర్లేదు. మనకు లభించిన నీటిని లాభదాయకంగా వాడుకునే ఉత్పత్తులను మనం జనాలకు నేర్పే చొరవ తీసుకోవాలి.

Why this is not escalated during planning. What our central agencies are doing. I think he is partially correct but not completely true. For this kind of projects costing will not be a issue after few years. Only question should be whether the project is quality sustainable for next few decades?

అయ్యా మీ దొరగారికి కొత్త రాజ్యాంగం కావాలట ఎందుకో తెలుసా centre, Supreme Court, Central agencies ఏవీ state దివాళా ఎత్తినా, WB లాగా 120+ మందిని చంపినా, Stalin Udhav, Jagan KCR లుAnnamalai, Arnab, RR(Dr Sudhakar,Judge Ramakrishna), తీన్మార్, మల్లన్న etc arrest చేసినా, చంపినా చూస్తూ ఉండాలట. వీళ్ళ states states కాదట దేశాలు వీళ్ళు PMs లాగా ఎలాలని జట్టు కడుతుంటే centre ఏమి చేస్తోంది అని అడుగుతారే. 356 విధిస్తెనే centre కి power. విధిస్తే మోడీ ని బటకనిస్తారా. మనం votes వేసినందుకు అనుభవించాల్సిందే. Next elections కి wait చెయ్యాల్సిందే. అప్పుడు majority మొద్దు రాచ్చిప్పలు ఎన్నుకుంటే భరించాల్సిందే. AP పరిస్థితి అదేగా. మొద్దు రాచ్చిప్ప AP CM. Promise చేశాను కాబట్టి పంచుతానని పెంచాల్సిందే తగ్గేదే లా అని పంచి అన్యాయం గా తిడుతున్నార ని మొన్న కూడా అంటున్నారు. మా ఖర్మ.

whatever he says is half truth ..but to a state where water flows under 70 feet there is no other option of getting water!! kaleshwaram will never be a white elephant... the multifold benefits of the project will definitely help lot of livelihood..I have many of my engineering friends who worked in various departments for the project said that's the only option to get water for telangana because neighbour state maharashtra is not ready to give single acre of land.. trust me you can generate electricity but you can never produce water.. after few years other governments may say it is failed and white elephant project to blame kcr but they will continue this project

Initially I was also impression that kaleeshwaram is white 🐘 but after seeing the benefits out of it I appreciate vision of telegana cm. 1. Telegana become 1st in paddy production in past two years ( rather than paddy commercial crops make more sense). 2. Land prices in telangana have been hiked more than 200%. Which good for all the farmers. 3. All my friends where saying that are seeing water in their village which should be surley appreciate 4. Hyderabad is getting water from the project which really important for highly populus city. 5.Mostly importantly they completed project in time not like pollavarm as time frame becomes high we need shell out more money for project completion. Yes ruling party makes money we cannot stop it in india. But overall I am happy for kaleshwaram project.

My village did not have water for so many years. Thanks to Kaleswaram Konda Pochamma reservoir we are getting water now. Farmers who became labourers due to lack of water have become farmers again. This arm chair activism never helped us but Kaleswaram did. It's a futuristic project which will ensure we are water insured when other states will be fighting for water. I wish people criticizing KCR on this also show alternatives.

I believe RK Having good knowledge. Water is not only ment for paddy grow. An acre land with water facility will cost 200% more price than an acre without water..if all acres have good water amount just imagine the price spent on Kaleshwaram is very less. In ARAB countries 1 litres water cost more than fuel. In telangana now all land rates are high because of water, current and new roads. Wealth is increasing. If government had given 25000 free to farmers and rice production will reduce and price of kg rice will increase so that poor cannot afford them.. I am not agreeing with his comments.

wealth? in what? real estate for doras? Farmers have been getting loss by those backwaters,and u say that kaleshwaram is a god gift, haha. SRSP is the main backbone for the irrigation system in this telangana
