UHT milk. We used it on WestPac deployment when fresh milk is not available. Not bad at all.

The quality of meat in the us is way better! You got a point about the fat and bone to meat ratio! Fillipina's are used to it though and incorporate it in their food ! I agree with you chief about eating American style I am not a big fan of plane rice and fish heads three times a day with no concept of breakfast lunch or dinner food! Lol 😂 my osawa eats her food I eat mine!
