Cool refrigerator features!

What a great place to stay! I'd love to sit on the balcony with a cool bevarage and listen to the waves.

I’ve been doing some research for places to retire as an expat. I definitely cannot afford retiring in the USA. I came across your video while doing some research on retiring in Columbia and am so excited to see the rental so close to the beach. It’s perfect! Thanks for sharing!

I am guessing you are in Bello Horizonte by the look of the Beach. I am currently renting an Airbnb in Gaira at playa Salguero and it’s amazing. Definitely not the prettiest beach but I really don’t care. I love it. I fell asleep at night, hearing the waves of the beach and that is how I wake up in the morning too. I would not want to retire here, however. The building does get super crowded with folks coming on holiday on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Mondays. It also gets super noisy with loud music. There are a lot of barking dogs in the neighborhood. Lots of stray dogs that just bark like crazy at night. My Airbnb is double the cost of yours. It is not as nice as yours. But the building still has amazing amenities like a lap, pool and a gym. In general, the city of Santa, Marta has a big problem with stray dogs and cats and a lot of garbage. The heat and the humidity make it difficult to go out during the day as well. It’s still a nice place to vacation, however. Thank you for this video.😊

Great to create a Vlog for Columbia! We across the world in the Philippines where English is the official language as well as Tagalog. We near Fobes rated #3 best place to retire in the world Dumaguete City, Negros Oriental, a University town, the capitol, and a port for ferries etc. It's a wonderful place. Columbia in the Americas is probably closer to USA, however we are near to Indonesia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Macau, China, Taiwan, Vietnam, Malaysia, Thailand...a trade off! If you like outdoors, diving is KING here Apo Island "Dauin". I used to own a business in Costa Rica brother retired along the Caribbean. Puerto Viejo de Talamanca! I would definitely check out Columbia, maybe Ecuador, Panama in the Americas! Thanks for the opportunity to comment!

Your apartment looks amazing, super high class. I receive around $1,500 a month in constant passive income. Would it be possible to retire and live on that amount in Santa Marta for a single person? Any cheaper apartments?.

Went to the irotama beach on 10/27/22 at 6am and after close to an hour in the water I returned to find the t shirt and thongs I left there got stolen ! Crappy thieves are stupid and shouldn't steal crap from beach goers !
