What are the best quietest neighborhoods for retirees in Cebu? How about building safety in the apartments and condos, and the electrical infrastructure, walkability, elevators, sanitation, air pollution etc.

What is the climate like in Cebu?? Healthcare services? Costs for those eho can't get health insurance? Is the Philippines and Cebu in a risky situation vis a vis conflict between the US and China?

This video contains mostly information that is not at all correct. A taxi for 300 pesos for example, in that case the guy lives 10 km from the city centre.

@@adventurefreaksss I used to live in Minglanilla, to go to Cebu City Mango Ave, needed to pass by Talisay, than continue to the city, total distance 18km, and the cost of the taxi ride was always just below 300 pesos. Overall, to live in Cebu City for US$ 630 is absolutely impossible, unless you want to live even less confortable than the poor in The Philippines, esp if you have a gf who doesn't have a job. The absolute minimum for a confortable life is 100K pesos, so US$ 1,800

If I remember correctly he mentioned he lives 15 kilometers away. I could be of a little but I'd have to go back and find it in the interview. Thanks for helping out! Much appreciated!!
