Retimed Paint Splash -- alternate reseeding method

Here are some test renders from my updated paint splash project. In this I'm using some custom hole filling that's limited to just the "thicker" areas of the sim in order to preserve droplets. Using this custom hole filling method, rather than the default reseeding, lets me re-time the sim back in sops smoothly.
