Why did the Bolsheviks topple the Tsar and take power in Russia in 1917? What made Russia ripe for revolution? And to what extent did the Bolsheviks achieve their revolutionary aims? This session examines the causes and effects of Russia's revolution and will set Russia's experience next to similar revolutions in Eurasia.
