Restoring A $7,000 Mansion: Grand Master Staircase Removal

I am working in my mansion, tearing out the master staircase, evaluating house damages, admiring century old construction, and making an organized job site. I am using a few simple hand tools, strong arms, great friends, and a positive, happy, attitude. Learning about new tools, making mistakes, laughing, having fun, making a dream come to life, and more.

When they're done the inside of this house is going to look like every other house built over the last 25 or so years...nice and boring and flat with no soul whatsoever. They're sitting here pointing out all the flaws with the 100 year old build as they tear it apart but the thing is, none of those new houses are going to be there in 100 years...I know, I own a home built in 2005. Everything has its time and purpose, and I am sure 100 years later someone will just bulldoze this house while everyone else is going to say it is foolish. The house is to accommodate one’s own needs, so it provides comfort, shelter and safety for the family it is definitely not something to praise or worship. People that this house is going to be a home for is much more important. All in all I understand why you might be upset, but ultimately it is for the family that’s going to spend their life here ☺️

@@RomegromThe smartest thing you can do for yourself and your family is to get away from Cole. There are plenty of successful farmers out there in that area looking for good help. Outside of picking up and hauling away his grandfather's junk what has he done? Why isn't he invited to the local big farm shows, he did one but that was just as a speaker which looks like it had a handful of people show up including those in his family. People in the area look at this farm and laugh. He's good at spending money that he doesn't have. Ask Justin what it's going to take to get the house back to a livable condition... I bet he says $400,000 and that's without the addition. Everything on the farm is junk, leased, or borrowed. Cole wants to be like the Millennial Farmer, Larson Farms, Welkers, etc... but he's too full of himself to get there. He refuses to take advise from those who know what they're doing, which is why you have failed projects like the bin site. He's suing the builder, but who signed off on all of the plans... Cole. Planting season is weeks away, from what's being shown on this and his dad's YT page they haven't even looked at the planting equipment. I can see a farm sale in their future, his dad knows what's coming because he lived through the farm crisis of the 1980's.

Just for correct info sake, the Argon gas acts as an insulation between the layers of glass. It has no U V protection properties. The U V protection comes from a layer, or film placed on the inside of the glass. This is known as Low e, or low emittance glass. This film filters out the ultraviolet rays that can cause fading of whatever is inside such as carpet, woodwork and other fabrics. It also helps keep your house cooler in summer. That old staircase could be dismantled, refinished and reassembled, but that is just me. I don't mean to be critical Cole.
