In this video, you have seen a belt machine. The support platform for the abrasive belt is made of a leaky cracked planer, I welded a hardened plate on top, and it turned out to be a stop for the abrasive belt. The frame is made of pieces of iron, which until recently seemed to me to be unnecessary junk that takes up space. The rollers are made of heat-resistant plastic, I don't know what it is called, the pulley is made of plywood, the belt adjustment unit is made of 6 nuts and 3 bolts, I did not have a spring and at first I tightened the bolt that fixes the tension mechanism of the abrasive belt, but in further videos you can see that I put a spring from the trampoline. The machine is made for two sizes of abrasive belts: 1500 x50, 2000 x50, the motor from the pump is 1 kilowatt, 2900 revolutions, it turned out to be quite a good device, I will show it in full in one of the videos, perhaps someone will see it, and it will come in handy in creating your machine.
