Very impressive. Not overdone, just a sympathetic restoration.

I commend your work. But in my opinion, your access to incredible computer generating machines comes close to replicating and not restoring. For practical purposes of restoration, less than 20% of original parts should be replicated. And even then with absolute governance. But your technique is still something I enjoy watching. Thank you for sharing.

I watch a lot of these channels, and I understand that a lot of people want something restored for a sentimental value… But sometimes when I see something like this Volkswagen car, I’m thinking why were stored at all? it’s way too far gone! But I’m glad that you find some value in restoring his cases and giving them a second or third life ❤❤❤

Je n’ai pas de mots tellement c’est superbe. 1 seule petite remarque sur les planches de surf un peu trop simple… peut être qu’un motif imitation bois aurai été le bienvenue 😅

That had to be more challenging with such rust pitted metal pieces of the toy. That looked like a real old one. Great job!!

It looks like whoever made the toy originally used the cheapest metal possible which is why it was so badly damaged.

I am a big VW fan. I have a 1955 VW Beetle almost the same blue you used on this restoration. I've watched this video several times and have always been amased on the resault. Pro work at its best. PS. Love to buy that bus and display it with my car at the car shows.

Very nice except for the surf boards! They needed some sanding and shaping besides the fins.

Sehr schön gemacht. Leider wird Metallguss mit 3d Druckkunststoffen viel schlechter als mit Wachs oder Methylacrylat. Das ist sehr schade, die Möglichkeiten wären enorm.

The top part is not the trunk, that's called a bike rack, the trunk is usually found in the back of a car

What a rough restoration

Belin, tutto storto, diokane...

Good techniques , but needs more filling and sanding. Finish needs a lot of work.
