Really misleading tittle, makes you think the motor is burnt aka windings are burnt, and there would be rewinding of motor, and why but why did you "wash" those bearings, all you did was make it easier for small particles to enter and grease to escape, especially the bearing with only dust caps. The way to go if you really had to reuse those bearings is carefully remove dust caps\seals and thoroughly clean the bearings, if you spin it by hand and can't feel\hear any scratching noises, then they are clean and you can apply grease (multi purpose grease is fine if you can't get any bearing grease) and refit the seals.
