_Why are the motor winding wires cut?
◻In fact, I bought this vacuum cleaner motor from a scrap yard in our city for 8 dollars, and the scrap workers cut the wires of this motor to see if the wires of this motor are copper or aluminum.
◻But we will rebuild it like the first one or even better, all the parts will be rebuilt, its winding will be wound again like before, the number of turns of its wires is 130 turns and its grade is 0.60.
◻Armature by the Growler machine, which we rebuilt here

It is tested that it is completely healthy. The armature bearings that were making noise will be replaced with new ones.
◻The rusted sections were removed by sandblasting and painted
◻Screws and washers have their rust removed by acid and the brush is pulled

1) Komutatora nie szlifujemy papierem, tylko należy PRZETACZAĆ i najlepiej w nowych łożyskach 2) Wirnik trzeba sprawdzać czy nie ma przerwy w uzwojeniu, lub na połączeniu z komutatorem 3) Do sprawdzania na zwarcie w uzwojeniu wirnika, znacznie lepiej użyć stalowej blaszki ze szczelinomierza + - 0,15 mm. 4) Ogólnie OK 🙂

Great job! Recommendation, when there is lots of dust being dropped from something, have a vacuum on hand, it is far more easier than sweeping.

هذا الفديو كاذب وهذا الموتور ليس قديم وانما جديد وهذا ليس صدأ حقيقي وانما تم طلاء الماطور بصبغ بلون الصدأ مع اضافة بعض الحبيبات له ليبدو حقيقيا والدليل انه لايوجد صدأ في الاماكن المغطاة مثل البراغي وماتحتها بل يوجد لون الصدأ حتى على الاجزاء الغير قابلة للصدأ كالفخار هههه بينما المفروض انها لاتصدا والبراغي التي يجب ان تصدأ ليست صدئة قد تنطلي اللعبة على ابناء الغرب لكنها لاتنطلي على العربي وخاصة العراقي ابن الرافدين هههه
