Yes it's done! The motorbike works! Plus, it looks better than new! The Restore Machines team has done the final part of the renovation of the 45-year-old Jawa 50 motorcycle. This time you will see the complete assembly of the renovated parts and testing of the motorcycle. We gradually repaired all parts and replaced some with new ones. After 7 months of work, Restore Machines restored the old Czech-Slovak motorcycle to its original appearance. Of course, you will see a few interesting specialties in the video as always. @Restore Machines wishes you a pleasant viewing experience.

Now, THAT is what I call a restoration!! Absolutely beautiful!! Never cared much for two stroke engines because they smoke too much. But that's what the bike had. And again, beautiful job. It's like you've created an entire course on motorcycle restoration in 15 minutes. Lots of skills there. You must be proud. Makes me want to work on something. 👍

Old motorcycles like these really weren't all that complicated, the average person could fix just about anything wrong with it with standard household tools all of it was mechanical except for the lights but that was just simple circuits and switches. Nowadays you have to be a programmer and an engineer to even begin to attempt to fix a vehicle. All that said though to restore a vehicle from a scrap heap to brand new again is pretty impressive. And even moreso that old vehicles like this are hardy and simple enought that this can be done at all. Leave a modern car or motorcycle until it's in that condition and it's good for nothing but a crusher. No hope of restoring it.

Watching these makes you realize a lot of the things we take for granted regarding the technology that goes into these things. That was a LOT of parts.

What a gorgeous little bike~!! When I was a teenager in the early 60's Jawa's were popular and some of my friends had them and they were really durable and fun to have. You should call this restoration "The Phoenix" as you revived it from the dead~!!

Great job. As a kid I knew about Jawa motorcycles, but didn’t know they were made in Czechoslovakia. I guess like Skoda cars and trucks.

From India with love and deep appreciation of your amazing work. I used to own a Jawa 250 cc two stroke twin exhaust motorcycle . Touching 130 KM was a piece of cake. The shocks on the vehicle were very well suited to Indian roads of 1970s . The roads now are excellent. The only problem was carburetor over flow and some times the vehicle would be difficult to start unless you gave battery boost to the. Magneto and high voltage coil. All in all great vehicle with a very unique beat like Harley

Jawa jet ...was the model available here in India...when I was young it was already antique not to be easily found on road. One of the person had it and it used to attract everyone's attention when it was out on road. Loved the sound of the engine ...and it used to come with oval tank in the front with java logo inscribed.
Amazing restoration on this vintage Moped, I watched from beginning to end And I have to say I am 100% impressed by the quality and love it took to rebuild this dead machine back from the grave to a rideable machine

Great work!!! I had a Jawa in 1981, thing was awesome getting almost 60 mpg. It cost me .77 cents to fill it and ride for 2 weeks. One of the best machines I ever owned. Paid 350$ for it new and sold it for $250 two years later with close to 7k miles on it.
