1/4 Cup Pine Nuts
1/2 Freshly shredded Parmesan Cheese
3/4 Cup Olive Oil
PASTA:
250g 00 Flour
100g Semolina Flour
2 Eggs
2 Egg Yokes
2tbsp Olive Oil
2tbsp Water
CHICKEN:
2lbs Chicken Breast
4 Strips of Prosciutto
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Oregano
1/2 tsp Thyme
1/4 tsp Black Pepper
