3:00, What a switch in mindset. At first, Ermes thought that band exercises are useless but now he sees the benefits that worked for Devon and now he is adding it to his training as well. You always learn something. Nothing is really useless.

I dont think its a mistake theres no way we dont see a smart stronger and better ermes as a result winning is temporary learning and growing lasts way longer

na Devon's hand and wrist was stronger, yes Ermes was stronger everywhere else beyond that, but he couldnt access his power due to hand and wrist, and if Ermes trains hand and wrist now then he will be able to access the rest of his power
