If you make trash fake videos and put them into the universe for others to view you have to be willing to take the feedback that comes along with it. I think it was very very kind Ken even asked that kid if he was okay with him making the video because he had 0 let me repeat 0 responsibility to ask his permission his video and clips used were 100% fair use. I get protecting your friends but Ken did nothing wrong here

I know it’s been ages since this all happened, but Kenadian was very mature and collected when responding to it. He admitted his mistakes, showed how he saw the situation, and gave all the info and context that he knew of. This is a very respectful way to handle controversy, and I majorly applaud Kenadian for being so honest and mature.

Its insane how much you care for others. Other youtubers would say: nah, why should i do anything about that?

*4:23* This part genuinely got a VERY good chuckle out of me, as literally just today I was browsing your "about" part of the channel and noticed that despite your name being "Kenadian," which I originally thought was a jokey spin on well, "Canadian," the location said USA. That was a slightly disappointing revelation, but hey, not like it does even a slight bit to dampen your amazing videos in any way.

This is probably the best conflict resolution video I've ever seen on this platform

I found Seawatt like a week ago, then one of Ken's main channel videos debunking Seawatt's prison escapes pops up in my feed, I was a bit disappointed and annoyed that the prisons were easier to escape than shown in the videos. But I haven't unsubscribed from Seawatt, in fact, I'm hoping he does more escape videos, I'll just be more observant of his options now that I've been watching a lot of these videos. I enjoy the simplicity of those escapes and from the looks of it, a few changes to those rooms could remove the ease with which Ken was able to escape them. More than anything, they're entertaining, and I wouldn't mind trying to make my own escape rooms in a similar fashion, just for the fun of it.

tbh what i actually think is that kenadian and the creators' prison videos he reacts to are in some sort of scheme where the prison videos get shitter and shitter and kenadian reacts to those vids and his vids blow up giving even more exposure getting more money for the each of them in this never ending cycle that gets all involved a lot of money and viewers pretty genius and badass ngl

2:00 you could also say that this is to comment on the continuing trend of creators using poorly thought out, fictional narratives which demonstrate use of game mechanics which don’t give credit to those who originally discovered them or used them in that way. I would consider it to be a form of satire, criticizing the dramatization of what is essentially a series of short and sweet puzzles. It also is a commentary on the importance of forethought within puzzle building as a whole, and points out many areas in which these kinds of videos fail to account for. Ironically, I think his channel is a way to build a much more linear, sensible, and clever puzzle map. It simply critiques common errors in modern puzzle maps and in solution videos

Perspectives on what people see are sadly always going to be different, people oversight, under-evaluate, and just ignore the information and conclude something else.

I think Cmrn is a great creator even though I do not watch him.

Tbh your a good person because I also would have made a video apologizing but not so nicely at all because he one knew what he was getting into and two personally when I saw the videos I was more focused on the escape rooms and seeing what made them bad and stuff and just thought it was funny but I will say it didn’t make me want to sub to omz or cmmr (idk how to spell their names 😭) so yea maybe being more positive and making it clear that it was STRICTLY for fun and he doesn’t make content like this anymore would have made me more inclined to follow him or stuff

I don't get why people try dissing a creator over a simple mistake rather than talk to him. He asked to use the clips despite not needing to, by default he's more willing to compromise than most, take advantage of that connection and just talk. Not that hard.
