Answer to your question. When we don't have calls we tend to patrol or park up and wait and fill out paper work. Sometimes like during lockdown if the hospital is packed with patients waiting outside in ambulances we tend to help if we dont have any calls. Sorry for the late reply. Amazing video as usual

Between calls, paramedics will be on standby at the ambulance station. Usually they'll do odd jobs like cleaning the ambulances, fill out reports or paperwork if necessary, inspect the vehicles making sure they're fit for the road. Ambulance stations usually aren't in close proximity to hospitals, they don't have to be. So it'd be uncommon to see paramedics helping patients there.

We usually start out at a station where we collect our ambulances from and do kit checks, vehicle checks etc, control will give us our first job, we go to the patient, assess the patient and use the correct pathways which is right for the patient e.g. minor injuries, hospital, major trauma centers etc and stay with them untill they are accepted in by the hospital, but we stay with them at all times and report back to the hospital if any major changes in the patient like deterioration. Then go to our next call or break time and we can go anywhere for this or go back to our stations. Any other questions please ask

My brothers a paramedic They will usually just patrol round until they are given a call then drop the patient off at the hospital if needed then do admin at the hospital then go back to patrol

I love your videos so much and it’s so cool there was action right at the start of the video but I do feel the ambulance can only do 1 thing in GTA and that’s save lives. Plz go back to doing police patrols instead I love the pursuits the sneak ups on players saving lives in a hostage situation. Randomly finding w stolen car and boxing them in
