(If you are a new viewer, you have to watch the other videos and read the description and pinned comment) People kept asking me about Seth and y’all, I never forgot about him. I just needed more time to flesh him out. Originally, he was more happy go lucky and Respectless was meant to be a joke animatic where Eve was unleashing the belt on Abel for how he acted towards Adam. Part of the reason Seth is so uptight is because of the responsibility he had to bear following Adam’s death: being the next patriarch of the family. And that happened when he was a young adult which was a formative experience, having to keep everything running. That, and I wanted to create a parallel between him and Adam: not all parents have the same parenting style. +Abel knows that Cain is cursed which is why he never once risked inflicting any kind of damage onto him. Everyone knows that Cain is cursed by God so it goes without saying ‘don’t bother going after him, direct that rage onto sinners in Hell’. Besides, angels can't just go to Earth without special approval. But what happened with the Exorcist was that she got too much into her fantasy about being the next Lute that the reality of how powerful the curse faded from her mind. She took matters into her own hands when she should have left it alone. She was so reckless that she went as far as breaking the rules about visiting Earth, thinking it would be a quick side mission that no one would notice since it was Extermination Day. +Abel does want to kill Cain and has tried to think of ways to remove the Mark but to no avail. Cain getting exterminated is the Holy Grail for him. +Seth gets a lil eye twitch whenever he is reminded that his descendant, Noah, married Naamah, who is descended from Cain. It's a big ‘come on kid, why her??’ facepalm type moment. He treats her with decorum because she herself did nothing wrong but this AU is called Sins of the Father for a reason. +The angel's death was kept a secret from everyone else. The Exorcists could be secretive depending on their agenda. To avoid chaos, they privately launched their own investigation on what happened but the results were inconclusive. Cain returning caused Abel to suspect that he must have been involved, the timing felt suspect. It wasn't until the trial that the incident was brought to light. It was the Exorcists’ way of trying to get a guilty verdict. +Of course, Sera was angry such a thing was kept a secret from the Elders but even more so, was freaked out by the revelation as the angel’s death was the first of its kind +Cain has his own crystal that he keeps just in case, even though he doesn't want to go back to Hell. Lucifer has no intention of dragging him back to Hell, despite what Cain thinks. All that mattered to him was causing more pain towards Adam. Lilith wants Cain back but was overruled by Lucifer. If Cain fights back if they tried anything, then they would suffer the blowback due to the curse. It isn't worth it so no demon is to go near him. Charlie sides more with her dad than her mom so whatever Lucifer decides is what she listens to more. +The only reason Awan, Cain’s bride, was allowed to go after him on Earth was because she was just an experiment to Lucifer so he was fine with throwing her out of Hell to cause Cain a little grief. She was annoying anyway. (If you follow my socials, you know who this is) +An Asmodean Crystal can track another crystal down. It's how the Exorcist found Cain. Seriously guys, if you are new and if you have questions, the answers are probably already answered in prior videos. Reading the description and pinned comment is crucial to get the full context. I am working on making an archive with all the lore in it that you can read through.

Nah, she totally knew, it's in the description of the video, she just thought that using angelic steel would be a loophole. She was arrogant and sure of her immunity to angelic steel. "Before Sera dragged him up to Heaven, Cain was wandering as usual until an Exorcist appeared on Earth using an Asmodean Crystal. Thinking this angel was a demon sent by Lucifer to drag him back to Hell, Cain ran but not before the angel swung at his neck. She wanted to win Abel’s love by killing Cain. Angelic steel can't kill angels so she thought it was a loophole, that the steel would be enough to kill Cain without risking her safety. No sinner was immune to a holy weapon but the Mark of Cain is an extremely powerful curse bestowed by God, whatever tries to hurt Cain receives the wound 7x harder. I LOVE Emily’s pose throughout the whole thing, seeing her in such a laid back position is just so satisfying to me

Cains curse works in a few ways. 1) He is unable to harm anyone 2) Any damage done to him is reflected back onto the one who struck him instead So I think Cain developed a defensive fighting style using his sickles where he catches an opponents weapon to deflect or disarm them before he captures them without harming them.

Have to say I love His and Abel’s designs close enough to Adam’s but different enough to be cool and giving him a form fitting suit makes him look huge

What a cool way to fix the plothole in Hazbin Hotel by making Cain's curse the key to killing an Angel. I mean in the show Angelic Steel is the weakness for Angels however it makes no sense on why the angels or rather exorcists would be so careless enough to leave it behind if they knew that this metal was the key to killing them. So yeah changing the weakness of Angels to Cain's Blood based on the curse God gave him is a better way to fix the glaring flaw.

I mean, I don't think even the exorcists knew about their weakness, to be honest. They're used to being invincible, are high-tier in a religious doctrine, and hold a vision of perfection. Not only does the former encourage complacency, but the latter two could have the angels break down if even a thought of them being killable came up.

It's not really a flaw. The exorcists want demons dead but by their deal can only go down once a year so they intentionally leave their weapons allowing the demons to kill each other. And they clearly didn't know about their own weakness to the metal since even Adam was shocked during the finale battle. As for why no one knew the truth, it's simply due to no one bothering to try. Angels were believed to be invincible so everyone just ran from them instead of trying to fight. Regardless, I do prefer Cain's curse being the way.

I think the show meant that the Exorcists were so arrogant, so sure of their righteousness in Heaven that they never realized that they were just as vulnerable to their own weapons as sinners were. I'm sure they never turned their weapons on each other to permanently kill another one (yes, Lute did to Vaggie but it was to maim, not kill, she left her there alive after all.) Basically, classic hubris and karma.

duuuuude! it wasn't even Cain's fault! it was the curse!! the angel got herself killed! but no one would believe Cain just oooh that was amazing! also brings up a lot of questions since angels have never died before this one, but she was a fool~ loved the animatic and choice of song for the story

Well, Seth appeared which is a surprise because by my experience he is usually forgotten. Now i'm excited to when it's time for Eve take the spotilight.

I love the detail of Emily looking at Sera with a look of satisfaction for a moment before looking back at Able, it really connects the animation to the one before

So this cain has the powers of SCP Cain, anyone who tries to hurt or kill him ends up killing themselves

We also have the entire history of Adam's family (parents and descendants) there. Recently I've been finishing reading all these things from this series, personally I REALLY like it :3👍✨

I do my best to keep continuity across all my animatics and lore, and this involves adding little details, callbacks, and gags. The lore behind that moment is that this particular exorcist was the one that seethed the hardest when Lute and Abel got romantically exclusive. That level of pettiness just never went away and it reared its head up here.

My goodness! The story of this AU is more interesting and captivating than that of the original. Amazing! You said that in this AU, Abel died prematurely at the age of 20, becoming immortal in the afterlife with the mental, psychological and biological capacity of a 20-year-old. So the character being at that age greatly changes the perception and emotional impact of the story of Cain and Abel, since Cain, being the older brother, was supposed to care for and support his younger brother instead of giving in to the irrationality of envy and resentment, which underlines the depth of the cruelty of Cain's transgression. All in all, a interesting story. Note: Although it's clear from the original story that Cain and Abel were both adults siblings when this tragedy of history happened, it's not that Adam and Eve weren't exemplary parents.

I have a theory. I know in the original hazbin hotel, angelic weapons kill angels along with demons, but what if it only kills angels that take pleasure in killing the sinners. We're not supposed to take pleasure in taking a life, so what if the angelic weapons only kill angels who have pleasure in taking the lives of human souls even if they are sinners. The angelic weapons are meant to destroy evil, so what if taking pleasure in such vile acts is considered evil? This is just a theory. I'm really sleep deprived.

Wait a minute! That's actually really clever! I totally forgot! God marked Cain so that others knew he was protected and no one could harm him! It's the same as SCP-073's anomaly where anything done to him is turned back on the attacker! So, I guess that's where the inspiration was from. It seems like Cain can't be harmed and anyone who attacks him is killed instead. Seems like the Angel wasn't meant to kill Cain, so his protection kicked in and Sera doesn't want this getting out because it could further throw things into chaos.

For those who are wondering whose Seth?, From what I looked up Seth is third son of Adam and Eve after Cain murder Abel as replacement for the 2 since one was killed and other was condemn for eternity and also ancestor to Noah( one from Noah ark) Also why is Abel so different here from compared stayed gone short and hell is forever?

I absolutely adore that Seth is here and on Able's side!

From the discussion, it makes sense Y Seth is like this, Cain M.I.A with the Morningstars, Able dead his parents devastated from the murder, Seth had 2 raise himself and take care of his family, which explains the chip on his shoulder, so who else 2 blame for the problems and trauma but the murderer I.e. Cain.

Oh, so that Exorcist basically tried to murder Cain out of hubris and got instant karma'd for being so arrogant to think she of all people could circumvent God's curse on him. Well dang, so it's literally not Cain's fault that the Exorcist died because the dude was literally minding his own business but Abel is still going to blame him for his own Exorcist's mistake, just because he hates his brother. And Seth is literally just a blind follower looking at the description, he just does everything big brother said and doesn't think for himself.

I think that is a big much. Seth is siding with his brother because who wouldn't? It doesn't matter if Cain intended to kill the Angel or not. In all technicality, he still murdered her. Being the equivalent of a convicted felon and doing something again, even by accident, is never a good look. From what I know about how American courts work, a judge would look at the records, see we have literally put people in prison for less and then lock him up. You could argue that is unjust. I would agree. However attempted murder and actual murder are vastly different sentences. Also we couldn't really count extermination as that is more akin to war. So no convictions possible unless the Exorcists use chemicals. Which they do not, they are pretty midevil about it. That is part of why I find this fascinating. On all worldly fronts, Adam and the Exorcists are legally okay. Where as on a spiritual side, absolute morality, throwing out mortal laws way, Cain is in the right. Regardless, I enjoy that you wrote a lot. That shows passion! I hope you have a great day. ^^

I just noticed something. All the people who are in favor of rehabilitation (Adam, Cain, Sera, Lute, etc.) are colored in with a light blue, meanwhile, all the people who are against rehabilitation (Abel, Emily, Vaggie, etc.) are colored in a darker blue. Seth, though he appears to be helping Abel, has the same light blue as the people who support rehabilitation. Maybe this means that Seth secretly supports rehabilitation, or he will switch sides in the future. …Or I could be looking *way* too deep into this.

This is a Au not cannon it’s a what if set in heaven where Adam Is trying to get Sinners redeemed because they are his children His son Abel is agaisnt it and is sorta in a realtionship with all the other exorcists and despises hell because they took his brother innocence and robed him of a mortal life and killed one of the women he loved While Kaine spent time in hell and has seemingly redeemed himself he’s only apears in like 3 videos so far

Wait... does this Cain have SCP-073's curse where any damage attempted against him is inflicted on the attacker? That makes so much sense in light of this Abel being as bloodthirsty as his SCP-076 variant.

That's exactly what I thought! The moment the sword connected but the Angel's head came off instead, it hit me! I think it's mentioned in the Bible that Cain was indeed marked so others would know he was protected and no one could harm him!

Like the details where Abel and his associates are grey while others are white don’t know if that was by accident or just how the coloring works.

Omg, I was hoping to see Seth in one of these soon! Guy is barely mentioned in the Bible as is.

To all Hazbin Hotel theory your the only person who make a fan story about Cain and Abel. I mean if you think of it Adam and Eve do indeed have kids after they the forbidden fruit/fruit of knowledge. So I like your idea that Abel hate his brother for what he done to him and his problematic relationship with his father for not showing up. Heck, I can imagine Abel will lead a greater army against the sinners of hell. He wasn't there because to avenge his father death or stop demon uprising, his there to find his brother Cain and do as same way as he did to him but much worse. Lute became a rage berserker angel that no angel have ever seen before. Even the overlords fear her and her anger is much stronger then before. Adam and Cain redeem themselves, fix their mistakes and try to reconnect with Abel and Lute (Adam take double with Lute and Abel then Cain only deal with Abel) I sound a nerd here right now, but I just here to express my thoughts nothing else.

I don't know if anyone asked this, but is there an actual reason why Abel hates Adam in this? Like, I get that he hates his brother after their conversation ended on rocky terms. But what did Adam do exactly to earn his son hate? The belief that all souls are redeemable is harmless at best and easily ignored by anyone important at worst. If there is a reason here that I'm not seeing, I apologise.

Few reasons: 1. Some traditions have him as the first vampire 2. According to an ancient Jewish text, Eve had a dream that he drank his brother's blood 3. In this AU, he was dragged into Hell by the Morningstars and became a prince and then escaped afterwards but still kept the outfit they gave him because it looked nice. Also the curse only made him look vampiric but he isn't actually a vampire.

At 0:46 that is Lute. Although, considering how many are commenting for this, that seems to be the normal response. Furthermore, from what I have gotten, Lute and Abel were together. However she left him when murder weighted too heavily on her conscience. From what Saffiro has said on other comments, they both still have feelings for one another (Abel more so but he hides it to spite someone who has ghosted him).

How on earth has this channel and this AU still so underrated and had not blown up yet, this is so good

This was a great animatic! I was wondering though, when Abel was smiling with Lute, was it because he was genuinely happy to see her (because they were in love once, and maybe wanted to get answers on why they broke up), or was it a smirk of possibly exposing her? Also I felt so bad for Cain when the exorcist attacked him

At least you should understand one thing: the reason why so many people are interested in this series of works is because it is related to Adam in the original work, not for any other reason. Adam is the pillar of popularity of this series of works, not any other original character.

At this point, I am unsure how the finale will be like? Or how many parts we have left till the finale? (I’m not complaining. Just so unsure is all)

I'm loving this. Plus we haven't seen the AU Morningstars yet. I have a fun question. We all know in canon HH, people are curious what Charlie's demon side would be like. How would Adam be, if he lost hope and turned into an Exterminator here like Abel?

Like is she in a different part of heaven or in hell!? 2.will Jesus Christ be in this as well like will he help Adam with his cause and will he like fight Charlie 3.what will Lilith roles be like will she still make a deal with Cain to goes to heaven like maybe visit Adam again like does she missed him or something like that 4. Is the overlords still there in power and the hat about the other sins and also fun fact A few days ago I asked if Lilith and Adam had children, I have researched and according to Jewish myths, yes…. Apparently Asmodeo in some myths is the son of Adam and Lilith. It would be amazing if this is canon in the show.

3. Considering that in this AU Lucifer and Charlie are evil (which is what would you expect from the king of hell and his daughter),It would be interesting,to me atleast,for lilith to actually regret leaving Adam

If Adam in Hazbin Hotel is around 8ft tall, is Abel over 9ft? Charlie in cannon is 6ft,6in (about 2 meters).

if seth is the parent of humanity that means he is married? and if thats the case, how is with his wife? a bad or good husband?
