For real! If I remember correctly we never had the chance to see Raccoon City in an ordinary day in any RE game, this mod could seriously be gold 😔

Thanks so much for this. Kevin's blood alcohol level is what killed the infection for sure lol and made the zombies not want to eat him.😂

@Lo-Quality_Gaming hahahahaha this is my new favorite channel. 😍 resident evil humor is amazing. Drunk as a skunk in a zombie outbreak was like me high as balls sleeping through hurricane sandy ONE STREET OVER! 💤 😴 as a tree nearly hits my house I can sadly relate from my younger days.

​​@@jkwellness1639thanks mate 🙏 I'm planning to bring as many gameplays like this as possible in the next days 💪🏼 anyway your story reminded me of the year when my town was flooded by a storm and I was at my house on the balcony watching the "trash cans race" 😂 I remember laughing while I saw those things being pulled by the steam across my street, despite my house having half a meter of water inside. It's important to always find a way to smile and laugh even in the worst moments 💪🏼

I still don't understand how the guy just gave up on this project out of nowhere. I think many of us would have gladly donated some money to fund this project. What a shame.

This should of been in the beginning of ps1 version of resident evil 3 before the events of the game happens

Man this is definitely one of those mods that I wish got finished 😢 and the first time in forever the series actually gave me literal goosebumps since the original first 3 games

RE Outbreak should have been similar to this. Ryman and Elza being the 2 primary protagonists with the other characters from Outbreak being initially NPCSs, then unlockable after beating the game to unlock smaller side stories showing how everyone meets ups at J's bar and then onward to the police station where the final stage is. Kevin Ryman: On the beat during the intial outbreak. Reports the encounters with zombies to his superiors, who brush it off as "druggies" and tells him to let Umbrella handle it. Ignores Jill Valentine's initial warning about the events of Spencer mansion incident. Watches many RPD officers killed and renanimated, including his partner, Roy. Escorts several characters(Mark Wilkins(saves Ryman's life intially), Bob(Mark's co-worker), Mark Chapman.) and holds up with them at J's bar where they group up with Elza's group to head to the RPD station. Elza Walker: Student at Raccoon University while returning from summer break. Meets up with Yoko while attempting to escape during the intial outbreak. Ends up at J's bar along with Cindy Lennox, Alyssa Ashcroft, David King(developing love interest), and George Hamilton. The game should take place over 7 days before Raccoon City is destroyed thru nuclear missile attack.

At 5:29 there could be an animation of Kevin soaking in the tub with the bath bubbles covering his lower body with the exception of one leg dangling out. He lights up a cigarette and tries to forget about what happened today. And then after that sequence he has a towel wrapped around him before you go to the wardrobe to change. Of course this sequence only works if you go to the shower with your uniform still on.

Really lucky for those who have traveled far, or have left the city before. None of the people of Racoon City truly knew the nightmare that was coming next

do u think that the policeman who saved Leon when his family got killed by criminals when he was a child is Kevin? On the wiki fandom Leon's family got killed because of thier involvement in criminal syndicates and Leon was the only survivor because he got saved by a cop.

I don't know if the Police officer saving Leon has an actual identity, but in my opinion it's pretty unlikely to be Kevin honestly. As far as I know, Kevin shouldn't be that much older than Leon 🤔

Im like 15mins in, but honest to god, the music is some grade A bops >Kevin: curb stomps a zombies head so hard it explodes Also Kevin: *checks for a pulse* >Also, my mans running around with a knife and a tv dinner in his pockets. Absolute chad >also, the dialogue is amazing. And the whole thing so far is doing such a great job at setting the vibes of a Raccoon City thats not yet a lost cause. As someone who loves lore tidbits and potential stories that could and do take place in this time, im enjoying this slice of life so far >omg they added bathrooms to the og RPD. Legend >just read the synopsis that said it was canceled:( im gutted

I had the very same reactions the first time I played, especially finding out it was canceled. I've said it many times but this thing had a lot of potential, and knowing that probably there will never be a full version is sad as hell 😕 reading your comment made me genuinely laugh though, thanks 🙏🏼

Right! Probably they are the same models but with human textures, I think the dog at the beginning has the same model as the Cerberus from RE 🤔

is this hard to modify, i mean technically.and the art is totally new here? its so convincing. loved the part with his weird dino crisiscomment in front of that truck.

Well considering I don't really know how modding works it would be hard as hell for me mate 😅 I'm just a gamer enjoying em and bringing the gameplays here, I always mention the creators in descriptions if you're interested in other mods they made 😉 Edit: I love that type of references too by the way, cool little details!

I also can’t help but to wonder who was the mysterious shooter who confronts Roy before the screen goes black? The Cameos from Jill and Brad were also great btw.

I agree on every point, I loved the cameos too. And yes, I'd pay to know what it's all about with the mysterious shooter. Cliffhangers are the worst when you know there's almost no chance that the story will continue 😥

The guy who made it suddenly disappeared for a long time and came back and posted without explanation that hes stopping further development of the mod. very sad.

A full version of this would've been an absolute gem

Most RE mods are corny, but this is one the best ones..... i wish it wasn't abandoned.

Kevin should have had his own game in the series before Outbreak files 1 and 2 before the collapse of RC and just as the reports and calls began to go in. Also tying to RE2 and 3.

This would've been a perfect prequel to set after the Spencer Mansion Incident and before the disaster in Raccoon City, would've made the story even deeper 😥 such a shame they stopped working on it

If Capcom made this game back in the ps1 era Im sure this would have been heralded as one of the best parts of the entire series today
