    Having green card automatically compensates for old yog. Minus the green card from his profile and the picture would be quite different

    Dear Dr, ur interview was very motivating and inspiring. As an Old IMG, I have many confusions such as do I focus on getting US work experience ( medical assistant ) or focus on step exams and then try to gain work experience.. pls do opine. TIA
