Looking for Builders risk in Florida? I got mine and it was $1500 for the year. I used the letter from Keith to get my bank loan and the bank required the builders risk insurance policy.

To the guy in the chatbox from Tucson looking for HVAC design. I had my Manual J calc's done by Comfort Geeks in Tucson. This is his after hours company, he works for a HVAC engineering firm. Price was $750.

Keith regarding using llc. If loan is in personal name then all bills for material etc will be paid from personal acct, correct? So why an llc for a one-off owner builder project?
