►While walking on a field in Gimbsheim, a passerby discovered 2 wandering fox pups. As there was no farther far and wide, she worries that the puppies might be in need of help. Immediately, the animal rescuers made their way to look for the fox pups. In the meantime, all three foxes crawled back into the hole. The rescue was initially difficult. How should the rescuers lure the fox pups out of the hole?
After 4 hours, the weak fox pups are fine, he has recovered very quickly and now eats on his own.

Those fox kits looked well fed. Are you certain they were abandoned? The mother does leave the den at times to hunt for food. It is not a good practice to swoop right in and "rescue" them before you are certain they are abandoned.

These people seem to know what they're doing, I bet they made sure the kits really were abandoned before getting involved. Foxes leaving the den to hunt prey is pretty common knowledge after all so I trust they did the right thing.
