The same is true about pets. I had 2 siblings and long story short, when Oliver died Charlotte was there for my to lick my tears away..... It's been 3 years but I miss my old blind lady..... Heck i miss all four of them...... Now I've got 2 grand cats and I can not be more happy 😻

Vets & Doctors do the best they can with the info they have, including statistical probabilities. No responsible scientist or science-oriented professional will ever give black and white outcomes. There is always probabilities and liklihoods, and those can be beaten sometimes.

I couldn't help but cry too when Stephanie cried after beautiful Black Beauty laid her 1st egg b/c knowing that your precious baby is finally free from stress & illness is truly a glorious & rewarding feeling... I'm so happy that Black Beauty has been nursed back to health & for being able to lay eggs - eggs that are great & commendable in size! ❤❤❤

I don't know her past story but her appearance from when you got her to now is like a completely different bird! God bless you, it made me cry too when I saw the egg. I'm so glad she found you, someone who cared enough to save her!!!

not going to lie, but that was a tear jerker.

That was so sweet to watch! Chickens are so precious and are so much smarter than people think. I never realized that chickens would or could display emotions until 2002 when my husband and I lived on my grandparents' farm for a few months. All of their animals were long gone, except for Rooster and Hen, and let me tell you, they were definitely an old married couple! It was hilarious to watch them interact every day, especially in the morning when they'd come for their breakfast. They were so cute!

I can so relate to this video. I had four of my son's parrots in my care. Unfortunately two of the older ones (one was a conure and one a rescue Amazon) recentky died. BUT my ALSO ELDERLY (about 60 in human years) green cheeked conure suddenly laid her first tiny egg. I was just as excited as this sweet lady. I love chickens in the NON-food sense, This adorable chicken obviously loves her human mom.

It's an amazing feeling when animals run to greet you. Many years ago I worked in my mates workshop. Yard was full of cats. I love cats. There was one in particular that no one could get near they called Mumma. Tiny thing, very skittish, lost an eye to a fight. Every time I worked with him I'd come out with chicken, tuna, whatever I could. All the other cats would come to me, but Mumma took a lot of work. I finally got her trust and every time I walked into the yard and whistled cats would run out from everywhere to greet me. First was always her. She was a beautiful little thing. From that point on I became known as Mufasa. I miss that kitty

omg I do the exact same thing with the small cat colony that I feed. I whistle when it's time for their dinner. Then just like you said they all come running.

What a wonderful Mommy and one who will be an even better Grandma. This got me teary-eyed too❤. God Bless them all!

That's right!, If we were meat eaters we would have the teeth and jaws of a meat eater, but we don't, we have the teeth and jaws of the grazers, sheep horses goats etc. Why do most people have trouble spotting this?.

Not only did she lay an egg, but she laid a VERY beautiful egg !! 🤩 Usually old, sick or weak hens lay small or soft shell eggs. Large strong eggs are proof of well-being and good nutrition with enough calcium intake 👍🏼 Lovely fluffy lady !

When I was young I actually had a similar relationship. My unkle had about 80 chickens and one of them, the only white-feathered one had injuries to her both legs, so he could barely walk. I made multiple feaders and placed them all around the chicken coop so she wouldn't have to walk too far. The coop was actually leftovers from a huge greenhouse, so it was pretty big.
