Builder has acquired land of 25 people on a contract of to develop township, however I checked online his application was rejected on RERA website in 2019. He is still promising that he is still trying and will be able to start the project.. There is no construction on the site from the time of our contract in 2017. How can I get my land released

How to opt for exit from property. All paper work and RERA complaint has been filed since 2.6 years for now. But no positive response from RERA as well. Kindly correct your mistake at 1:20 min mark. Section 3 (2) (a) states that those projects are exempt from registration where the area is less than 500 SQUARE METRES and number of apartments is EIGHT or less NOT EIGHTEEN.

Sir, I have already filed the Complaint (paid fees also) and 2 hearings have happened, in the 2nd hearing, judge told me that I have submitted Synopsis but not compliant, I am unable to understand what judge is telling me and where to upload this complaint. I think you need to take help of real estate lawyer only for these matters

Can you file complaint under RERA (in Mumbai) for hidden charges even if project isn’t registered under RERA? Project is not registered under RERA because it was started before RERA Act came in existence.

Sir 1. I have purchased a plot from builder, builder shows me the T&C approved layout, in that layout 25 feet wide road is sanctions in front of my plot, but now builder doesn't provide me the 25 feet wide road. 2. In the right side of my plot there is another plot which is last plot of that row,25 feet wide road is sanctioned in front of that also.but as it is the last plot builder silently allows the owner to encroach the road. & the owner constructed porch of his house on the road . So can I demand refund of my whole invested money?? Which act is applied in that matter? And also there is no refund clause in my agreement with builder. Please help.

सर मान लिजए की एक ट्रक को A & B आदमी ने मिल के खरीदा पर गाड़ी अभी A आदमी के नाम पे है और A & B ke बीच में एग्रीमेंट है गाड़ी को पार्टनरशिप में लेने के लिए । फिर एक दिन B आदमी ने वो ट्रक C आदमी को दिया चलाने के लिए और वो हाईवे से ट्रक ले के आ रहा था तब उसने गलती से एक खड़ी डंपर ( व्हीकल ) में ठोक दिया जिस वजह से us C आदमी यानी की us ड्राइवर की स्पॉट डेथ हो गई । तो इस केस में किस आदमी को सजा होगी और फाइन लगेगा A या B को ??? और उस ड्राइवर यानी C आदमी की जान का मुवाबजा कौन देगा A या B ?? इस केस में दोनो situation ka उपाय बताइए सिर यदि ट्रक का इंश्योरेंस हो तब और यदि इंश्योरेंस न हो तब।

Hi sir we have booked one unit of Mahindra in mumbai and paid 175000 stamp duty and registration was not done but unfortutanetly couldnt proceed further due to medical illness in family now upon requesting refund builder devloper is deducting 74000 forfieted Amt and not giving us complete Amt As upon asking they are telling it is as per RERA guidelines Sir kindly help me the best possibility to get complete Amt refund as i am suffering financial crisis and at this satge 74000 is huge Amt for me
