If you voted against money that came into your district for valuable, positive public works, then why should your constituents support your reelection? Your constituents' interests would be better served by a representative who doesn't hinder bills that improve their lives. And certainly not by a rep who is so blatantly party-first to the detriment of her district. We need politicians who can negotiate in good faith, and compromise, instead of hold a party line regardless of a bill's benefits to the populace.

Any reporter worth their salt can look up EVERY vote taken by ANY member of Congress pretty much since the early 1800's and some from even earlier.
