The one thing that still makes me laugh was the scene where those soldiers went after Yongary and when the lead soldier looked up at him he said 'Compared to this guy Godzilla is a pussy' this was the first giant monster movie I ever saw where Godzilla was mentioned even though the King of the Monsters wasn't in it.

These actors better not give up their day-job.

One of the "aliens" sounds like Zord from the original Power Rangers.

The only take away, from this film, is the wish to build a time machine and go back to slap my hand right before I pressed the play button.

i remember watching on sci-fi channel in 2001 it was so bad it's good, this is mockbuster of cash in on successful Roland Emmerich Godzilla 1998 film

based on a true story.

Very good Sci-Fic and Monster movie--"Reptilian" as the pre-historic giant monster in time of dinosaurs on the pre-historic Earth sleeping for 2 hundred millions years until it finally woke up in present time. No gores No bloodshed unlike the old classic 1960's Japanese sci-fiction movies that were released in USA.

This film is actually a remake from a Korean kaiju film from the 60s, called Yongary creature from the Deep

The biggest confusion that I have about the movie is YoouTube's need for a context disclaimer telling people that the characters in this movie are not real. Really KZread! You need to stop with the "context" crap before you hurt yourself. Go back to playing with your crayons and let the adults talk amongst themselves.

Those pilots did more damage to the city than the monster🤦‍♂️

2 minutes into the movie and I'm already rooting for the reptilians!

Man it's hard to believe that it has been 25 years since this movie came out and I saw it and man it was both an awesome and kick ass movie and a great homage to the giant monster movies of the past like Godzilla and King Kong and Yongary is one great character even if he was completely all C.G.I.

A hilarious movie, probably a satire of Japanese monster movies. It has a lot of action and special effects.

The compact should include the credits of the movies.

WOW!! Pretty good monster movie!! Bigger than Godzilla and more mayhem and destruction. Good cgi. And another beast into the bargain. A long but entertaining movie. It's like Godzilla but with aliens in the picture.

It's awful. And I love it! Something only a Saturday morning cartoon veteran could really appreciate. Cross Godzilla with Dr. Who with Ultra Man with Johnny Socko. Well, you get the idea. Cheesy effects, campy script, earnest actors (actually pretty good!), actual miniatures, it's all here. Enjoy!

Yeah, good watch for a drinking night. Kinda cheesy, but it's still for us folks who grew up on 80s movies. Besides the graphics, kinda cool to see some other monster kick ass. 😎 and yeah, a Godzilla replica, still, I'm OK with it.

That is why I say that if you do not accept all that Christ is doing in the last days then you are blaspheming the Holy Spirit. That's why I advise everyone not to bare your fangs in front of the truth, or make careless criticisms, because only the truth can bring you life, and nothing but the truth can allow you to be reborn and be seen again Theface of God.) Shaman in a archeology class states the Shaman always obtains the whole town or village's cooperation to scrape a person with a brush to the bone. Thus the Shaman wasn't ever mentioned ever working on the person's ow, or a ghost town coming back to life worry. The ancient sacrifices, and then turned healer like a witch - which are said to control the underworld's dead..

not terrible, but the CGI looks pathetic by todays standards. I'd go so far as to say Ray Harryhausens stop motion clay monsters of the 60s look more realistic than these "cartoons".

I try to approach movie reviews with an open mind. That's why, when I saw all the negative reviews about Reptilian, I decided I'd watch it just to see if the bad reviews were accurate. THEY ARE! I hesitate to even call this turkey a "movie." It's badly over-acted by some of the cast, and badly under-acted by the rest. Do yourselves a favor and watch something interesting. You know, like reruns of the Kennedy-Nixon debates. You might learn something, and they'll even put you to sleep faster.

Digging into a cave to unearth a monster. What a novel plot.

Godzilla type sci fi. Low budget, bad script & acting, but still fun. The monsters were the only decent actors. Notice that the city was totally destroyed, but at the end when they’re lifting the monster out all the buildings are magically restored. Worst line: “If that thing was any meaner I’d think it was my wife.” (Groan!)

Has essence of the Japanese Godzilla but Gary is cuter and no Japanese stuff. I enjoyed the film.

Carbon dating only goes back 10,000 years.
